Matt was absolutely amazing when coming and plumbing our toilet that had an obstruction. He was very professional, upfront and kind during the whole process. Definitely will be recommending Roto Rooter and Matt is the guy to get!

Matt Turner was very polite and I liked that he explained what was going on with the toilets and not to many men clean up their mess, but he did and he was raised right, Matt has a lot of respect and he is a very hard worker and we truly appreciate you fixing our problem, Have a Great Day Matt!

The two gentlemen that came out to solve our problem, Matt and Warren, were amazing. The dispatchers on the other hand were very rude and told me to quit calling because they were too busy. If it wasn't because of Matt Turner, I would have called John Materese on channel 9 or the BBB but he saved Roto Rooter a customer and I will continue to use them because he was so wonderful.

Matt did a great job with cleaning out our main sewer drain in an exceptional time. He also gave us a discount due to our inconveniences that we had problems with in the past! 10/10 customer service!

The team that was dispatched to my mother’s house was fantastic. They arrived quickly and remained several hours, including late into the evening, working on the issue. They were very kind, and I could see that they were dedicated to solving the issue for her that evening.

Our kitchen sink became clogged the night before Thanksgiving. We were surprised to find that we were able to schedule an appointment for between 8 and 10 the next morning, even with it being a holiday. The technician, Jason, was great and very friendly. Unclogging the sink ended up not being as straightforward as originally hoped and it took multiple attempts and snaking 50 ft of the drain line before the clog was finally clear, but Jason was persistent and did a great job. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend their services.

Scheduling service with Roto-Rooter was super easy and I was able to get someone to come assist with a backed-up bathtub within 1 hour on a Sunday morning. The technician that came was Jason B. and he was honestly a saint, as the tub drain clog turned out to be a much bigger issue than expected involving a completely clogged up galvanized pipe. After trying to snake the tub drain directly and that not working, he drained the water out of the tub for us and then snaked the pipe UPWARDS from the basement which resulted in a huge mess that looked like a scene out of a horror movie... so thankful that the problem is solved (for now at least -- Jason did advise that we get the galvanized pipes replaced eventually) and overall the price of the service was well worth it. Although I initially felt it was overpriced for a simple drain cleaning, the amount of work done was absolutely worth every penny and I would absolutely ask for Jason next time I needed Roto-Rooter again in the future.

My rental property had really bad sewer blockage. One company I hired tried many ways to fix it with no success. Roto-Rooter came in with very professional tools and expert solution. Really appreciate your work. You will be my first choice next time. Highly recommend.

What was amazing is Matt didn't treat you like a dollar sign, but he actually cared about my situation and made sure to provide alternatives for future plumbing resolutions. Have had other companies that had extreme difficulty snaking this kitchen drain. Matthew setup quickly, reviewed the options at hand, went over possible risks and made the rest look easy. He was profession, thorough and checked many other areas of plumbing sections to confirm flow that other companies have not and answered all questions I had. Left the area cleaner than it was before. Very much appreciated the service today, thank you.

Sam and his team did a great job for 2 different plumbing jobs I needed completed. I received quotes from three companies including King's Plumbing. The work was all similar, but the other two companies were priced higher. One company, Bassett Services, which ended up being CJs Heating and Air was going to charge 3x, so they did not want the work. I would absolutely get any additional plumbing work completed by Sam and team in the future. He has fair pricing and produces quality work!
