Tyler and his team have helped my aging parents several times, and they alway provide excellent service.

The basement flooded. They came out the same day and estimated. Had a full team out the next day and left fans. Basement was dry and tested the next day! Great work, very professional.

After the storms, my basement was completely flooded. I was so stressed on what to do. I called DryMedic and Grant made the whole process seem so easy. Tyler and Andrew that worked on my basement were friendly and knowledgeable. They did not leave until they made absolutely sure I was happy with their service. I could write a book with all STOP did for us during our time of need. Grant was in charge and was hands on with our mold remediation process. Grant and his team were very positive and supportive with our emotions and stress. He made our home a priority and even came back to check out some additional areas.

Our home had a fire. I had no idea what the next steps were to do and how to go about getting help and guidance with the cleanup process. Day one -I barely spoke with my insurance company, so I still didn’t know what to do. Finally, I called Dry Medic and they literally helped me navigate every single next step that I could possibly imagine – which is exactly what I needed at the time. Not only did they call me back after five minutes of leaving a message.(two other companies didn’t call back for 2 days) Grant and his team (Tyler too)eased my anxieties by meeting me at the house right away, assessing the situation, and executing an action plan. With all of their amazing resources- they were able to coordinate all of the different specialists to come and go and fix the things that I needed without me having to individually call everyone or take off of work, etc. The mitigation was done within a week. They might as well have been wearing a cape – because they saved me that day.
