Aaron and Mike, with Yeti Restoration did a fantastic job for us. The job was a bit larger than first anticipated and they were very thorough in addressing the needs of our project. Highly recommend.

We’ve used Yeti twice in the past couple of years and they make an unfortunate water leak and sewer backup as painless as possible. They are super knowledgeable and we trust they know what they’re doing. Mike recently helped remediate a sewer backup at our house and did a fantastic job. He was always on time, efficient and communicated well.

Mike, Aaron, and Vicky were so great! When I first called it was a last ditch effort to get crawl space work completed. We had two other companies ghost us after having come to see the space and bid on the work. I was ready to give up when a friend recommended Yeti. I called and Vicky picked up on her mobile after hours! She coordinated the scheduling and got the team right out. They not only put on shoe covers (we have white carpet) but they also took extra care with their tools and laid down carpet protecting paper throughout the basement to keep everything clean. Mike and Aaron texted with ETAs each time they were on their way. They told us what to expect, and kept us in the loop the whole time. They were professional and courteous.

Needless to say, their work was top notch. They even saw issues others had not. We've been in our home for 12 years and I can't belive we didn't do this sooner.

I think they spoiled me! My standards are now ridiculously high :)

Mike and Arron were just here. They did a fabulous job. Showed me pictures of the area before, during and after. Completely cleaned up after themselves. Vickie the receptionist was very helpful and accommodating. Matt was great about getting out to do the evaluation asap. Highly recommend them!!!

I strongly recommend this company for remodeling and plumbing work. The staff was professional, friendly and always on time. The communication was amazing they let me know when they were going to be there and how long. They did the remodeling after a water leakage that damaged my laundry, my bathroom and also the the condo beneath mine. They did and amazing job and I would definitely call them for my next house project. I’m thinking about remodeling my master bathroom. So if you have any plumbing issues, remodeling jobs they are great plumbers, contractors just all around multi-talented workers give them a call. You will not regret it because they are AWESOME!!!!! Mike and his crew were awesome. Great communication from start to finish. Matt the owner came out to look at the work that was to be completed. We were devastated that mold came up in the inspection of our home. Matt eased our mind with the plan and helped eliminate the stress that we had. Can’t recommend them enough. We had some water damage in our ceiling and had been told by other mold remediation companies that what we had was mold. Matt came out and reassured me it was only calcification and took the time to explain how mold usually presents itself. We had just spent a lot of money fixing the roof so it was very nice to meet with someone who’s not out trying to get our money. When we have an issue we’ll definitely reach out to them. They’re extremely professional and honest. 100% recommend.

Our basement flooded with the recent rains. I called Yeti Restoration, and the owner came out that day to assess. He had Mike and Aaron's crew out the next morning. They are very polite, compassionate, and more importantly, do a thorough job! They are careful with the property, and always clean up after themselves.
I highly recommend Yeti Restoration, to mitigate flooding!
Review addendum: I dropped it to two stars. Their fees are exorbitant. They knew the coverage limit we had, and took it all. Even our insurance company felt it was excessive, and sent it out for third party review. Yeti's reaction? The work is done, they will pay it or we put a lien on their home. No discussion, no explanation, just went to immediate threat. If we have water again, we will not be calling Yeti.

I contacted Yeti Restoration for their water/mold mitigation services after a sump pump failure. I was confident I would receive excellent service after reading through their numerous 5 star reviews and I was not disappointed.
Matt made time in his company's busy schedule to personally inspect the damage and start the drying process. Mike and Tony were very professional and punctual; they worked tirelessly to remove everything with water damage and were very careful with my other furniture/possessions.
I would recommend Yeti Restoration to any of my friends and family.

The contractor Mike was very helpful on explaining everything. Did a very thorough job and also found other issues that needed to be addressed. I am very pleased with his professionalism and thoroughness.

We had a water pipe burst inside a wall in our lower level bathroom. We called Yeti for help. Vicky very quickly and courteously scheduled Matt to come out and assess the situation. Matt was very polite, professional and knowledgeable as he carefully documented the damage and explained our options.

Vicky, once again, promptly scheduled a team to come out the next day.

Aaron and Roseanna arrived promptly on time the next morning and went immediately to work. I have to say that these two folks are extremely professional, polite, efficient, and communicate well. It was such a pleasure to see how well they did their work. They performed their magic and turned our bathroom into what I would call a squid in a bowl of spaghetti. There are hoses and dehumidifiers and all sorts of equipment everywhere so I'm pretty confident that we will have a good outcome. Aaron and Roseanna were very careful of our property as they worked and cleaned up everything before they left.

So if you find yourself in need of help cleaning up water or fire damage, I suggest you call Yeti Restoration immediately. Time is of the essence in mitigating mold and these folks will respond immediately with very professional help.

Mike did our mold mitigation in our crawl space. He did an excellent job, and the communication about the process was outstanding.

Aaron was great! The ladder that he originally brought wasn’t tall enough, after a quick trip to Home Depot he came back with a taller ladder and inspected everything! I felt like he went well beyond helping and took care of my concerns today. From this experience alone I would recommend their services to anyone. He was friendly and after some conversation was actually one of the techs who would clean up the mold so he knew exactly what he was looking for. He showed me all the pictures he took as well. Vicki, the person I talked to in the office was also able to get Aaron out to our home by the end of the week as well. At the end I requested a report showing no issues at this time and am eager to have that peace of mind in hand. Thanks again Aaron!

Aaron and Mike arrived within the time frame quoted. They answered my questions and made me feel confident the remediation would solve my mold problem. They worked thoroughly and did a great job. I appreciate their five star service.

We had an excellent experience with Mike & Aaron from Yeti today. We had a small basement flood which necessitated professional cleanup. They came at the scheduled time, assessed the problem and immediately went about fixing it. Communication was clear and easy.

I can honestly say I have never witnessed a more dramatic cleaning/detailing/transformation of a vehicle in my entire life. These photos are from my 1986 911 Turbo. James and his team of professionals managed to make the underside of my old Turbo look new in half a day. I was absolutely thrilled with the results, and am having 3 more vintage cars "shot" by them as well. The yellow and red markings in the pictures are factory inspection marks applied in Germany (with paint) on the assembly line 34+ years ago. Yeti's dry ice cleaning process revealed them hidden below years of grime WITHOUT disturbing them. Simply incredible. The fact that this service is available for a reasonable price in the midwest is truly remarkable. Bravo to Yeti, they are the best in the business.

My sensitive nose panicked and thought our walls were most likely filled with moisture and mold. Not knowing anything about mold remediation I searched for a local company to help and Yeti came out for free to check the walls! Luckily, it was all good news and our walls our fine- but I have peace of mind and appreciated the free check from Matt, who was caring and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Would recommend calling Yeti if you even have any inkling somethings going on in your home!

I can't say how much Yeti helped us. They were able to start the job immediately after an emergency situation. Mike and Aaron were the main workers for us and did a fantastic job and were prompt, professional, courteous and caring. They made sure we understood all steps of the process from beginning to end amd were as careful with our property as one could be. Matt and Vicki were also fantastic to work with.
