Dry Effect is an incredible business and I cannot recommend them more. Unfortunately with all the weather we’ve been dealing with, I ended up with leaks in my condo due to an ice dam. My HOA was incredibly unhelpful and Dry Effect did everything they could to help me keep things dry and mold free. Antonio was an outstanding tech and he went above and beyond to be helpful, attentive, and to keep me informed. And the business itself had been amazing while I’ve been dealing with my HOA and insurance. I cannot thank Dry Effect enough for everything and thank you, Antonio for providing fantastic customer service. A+

I had Dry Effect come out to check for potential problems and give me an estimate on waterproofing my stone basement. Absolutely five stars for Dave. He was incredibly professional and knowledgeable! He checked out my whole house, was very courteous, explained everything he was doing, didn't oversell anything, and was just an absolute pleasure. Feel so much better about my house situation and definitely will have them back to solve potential mold/water issues. The entire experience was so positive.

I had a water leak in my home and Yeti came out the same day to inspect the damage. Over the course of a week, workers were able to remove my damaged floors and cabinetry and remove all traces of water from the areas. Aaron was knowledgeable and helpful in every step of the process; not just to me but to his trainee as well. I had no idea how to deal with the damage but Yeti showed me that this is a manageable situation. I would absolutely utilize their services again (though I hope I don't have to.)

We have had some health issues we believe is associated to mold in the house. Called Yeti and Matt was great. He took the time to explain and made great suggestions on steps to take. I highly recommend them.

James and his team at Yeti truly embrace the most authentic meaning of service with their customers. They genuinely do their work for the benefit of others. Throughout the restoration process, I never once doubted that they had my best interest in mind. I experienced this first hand time and time again as they served me and my family while they did a very large restoration project on my home that had significant fire and water damage. They are very skilled, knowledgeable, punctual and their communication and follow through are exceptional. I have used several other restoration companies throughout the years, Yeti is a standout going above and beyond, exceeding expectations at every opportunity.

Have always had great experiences with Yeti. Not my favorite call to make (would rather not have had the water damage in the first place...) but the Yeti team are true professionals who give it to you straight and provide all the options / recommendation.

Recently we had a frozen washing machine discharge pipe that caused water to go everywhere. Gave Vicki a call and she had Matt over within a couple hours to assess the damage and put a plan in place even though it was 8pm. Really appreciated the peace of mind knowing we were in good hands with Matt & Vicki.

Mike was the guy who helped find and remediate the water damage. Did an excellent job for us. Incredibly helpful in walking us through not only the cleanup but what the underlying problem was and how we could go about finding a permanent solution. Mike and his team got in / out quickly and did a very thorough job.

Amazing visit, Matt wasn’t trying to sell me anything. Gave me a plan for a much cheaper solution to try myself first, and if the problem persists to call him back to work up a plan. Great guy, couldn’t recommend enough!

It didn't even cost anything for him to come out, and he was so honest and gave me such peace of mind! He also gave me a plan of exactly what to do to fix the smell.

When our basement flooded, Yeti Restoration was recommended to us. Matt answered quickly and offered to come out same day. They found the issue, resolved it and then cleaned up all the water.

We had a very positive experience with Yeti Restoration. During a stressful time in our home, they were professional, understanding, efficient, and thorough. Mike and Aaron did a great job, and Yeti will be our first call if we need restoration services in the future.

I can't say enough good things about Yeti Restoration and especially Matt! We had some black soot-like stuff around our exterior dryer and bathroom vents and were really worried about mold. Yeti scheduled us in quickly, and Matt came out the next day. He was super nice, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything to us. I was also very impressed that he didn't charge us a dime since it wasn't a mold issue they needed to handle. Just great service and honest advice. Thanks, Matt!
