Very happy with Yeti. We used them for mold remediation. Got a competitive quote from owner Matt during a very informative consultation. Mike and Aaron came the following week, did an excellent job, and even cleaned up the basement a little bit. Very happy with Yeti. Would definitely recommend!

This is an honest review for water mitigation complicated by non-friable asbestos wrapped pipes. Overall, I would not trust this company for water mitigation. Any water mitigation company could have done the work for us, however based on google reviews we went with Yeti. We trusted Yeti to provide us with guidance, clear communication, and transparency in pricing during a novel and stressful situation (the pricing guide provided with the contract is an expansive list of equipment and daily charge). From our perspective, it seemed like we were intentionally kept in the dark about how much the daily cost would be based on the equipment used and how long it would take to dry (I believe that these techs had enough experience to give us a ballpark estimate for drying time and cost). Yeti claims that they monitored for dryness but they never came back to test the moisture, meanwhile we are being charged approx. $800/day for the equipment. This is disingenuous and at the very least poor business practice. So how did they know when the area was dry? It could have been 2 days or 5 days? They never came back to test. I called to have them remove the equipment so we could stop being charged. In addition, it seems like their pricing (especially, the zip-wall) is intended to milk insurance companies. They charged 1200k for EZ-wall tension rods.

Any company should provide transparent pricing as a basic business practice and courtesy to their customers. They left their equipment and charged us daily for it without telling us when it could be removed. We felt scammed. I would not recommend them based on our experience.

I called Yeti Restoration because I was smelling some mold in my home, but I could not identify the source of the issue. We had a burst pipe last week during the extreme cold in January in a house we’ve only lived in for 8 months. Yeti Restoration was onsite the next day, helping us navigate the work that needed to be done and willing to work with our insurance company. The team was Matt, Adam, Mike and Aaron. Each one of them being incredibly professional, efficient with excellent attention to detail, communicative and fun to work with through a stressful time. I can’t say enough good things about them all!

I had a leak happen at 9pm on a Sunday that flooded my entire rental unit. They came out the same day cleaned everything up, dried the unit, repaired the drywall, the pipes, and the lights. Then they worked with my insurance to get everything covered! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I highly recommend this company. Their prices were exceptionally competitive but they don't cut corners. They treated every inch of our mold problem. Calvin, the foreman was hard-working, responsive and helpful. Joe, the owner is accessible and super helpful as well. They explained everything. Not to sound cliché, but the rescue brothers really did come to my rescue! After my hot water heater busted and flooded nearly 75% of my finished basement, I called the Rescue Brothers for my restoration needs and boy did they delivery. They arrived when they said they would (I’m very big on punctuality) , were very thorough with their work, knowledgeable , and professional. Joe was very understanding and took his time when explaining the process and answered every question I had (despite me asking numerous questions over and over). He was very honest and I do not feel as though he talked me into doing extra things that were not needed / made me spend extra money for no reason (unlike a lot of other companies out there). I would 100% recommend them and the services they offer, as they are a top notch first class company and it was an absolute pleasure working with them!! Thank you for everything!!

We were concerned about a possible mold issue in our house and the day I called the Rescue Brothers was the day they came out to evaluate. Friendly, knowledgeable, reasonable, they found the issue, came back and removed the mold and damaged area of my basement as well as locating the source of the problem. Calvin and Joe were a dream to work with and I can't recommend them highly enough. Call them up if you have any need for remediation work!

Rescue Brothers responded to our Angi inquiry immediately — at 9 p.m. — and was able to give us a free estimate at 8 a.m. the next morning. The communication was great, and Joe was friendly and knowledgeable. We didn’t end up needing remediation, but he was generous with his recommendations for cleaning up and preventing surface mold ourselves in the future. We will definitely call Rescue Brothers if we have mold problems again!
