I had Dry Effect come out to clean my air ducts after moving into a house that was making me sick with air quality issues. The guy who came out to help me was so nice, I wish I could remember his name. Not only did he clean my ducts, but he talked to me about what else could be causing issues in my house and did everything he could to help me feel better about the situation. Really fair pricing as well. I would recommend Dry Effect if you're having similar issues.

I had 4 representatives from 4 companies give me an assessment as well as an estimate on the mold and water issues in my lower level. Nick from Dry Effects was the most knowledgable and immediately instilled confidence that what he said needed to be done was correct. I appreciate that three different crews arrived when they said they would or let me know if they were running late. At the same time I was a little disappointed in one aspect of one of the crew's work. The first waterproofing crew was very pleasant but also seemed to rush the job. Ultimately that meant another crew having to come back to correct uneven concrete work. Ultimately, Dry Effects stood by their word that everything would be done right. To me that is a sign of an excellent company.

Our service tech was extremely helpful and straightforward. Never once felt like I was getting sold or talked into something. Even though it was a small mold spot, he took his time and was thorough, simply interested in solving the problem, which is all anyone wants. If I ever have an issue again (here's hoping not!) Dry Effect will be the first ones I call.

Dave was one of the most professional and helpful individuals I have had into my home. He made an unfortunate situation much more easier to handle with his positive and calm nature. He explained everything and was extremely courteous.

Josh met me at my house promptly when I found a leak. Upon meeting he explained that the cause of my leak was something simple I could fix myself and even told me products to buy at the hardware store to fix it. He could’ve sold me an expensive job and but he showcased this companies honesty and integrity and I cannot recommend them enough.

Our basement flooded due to a failed sump pump and Dry Effect was quick to respond! They responded quickly when I called with a crew and plenty of fans and dehumidifiers. Because of their quick response, they were able to preserve most of the cabinetry and other items within our basement. They were also able to quickly remove the carpet and carpet pad from our basement too. Overall, they were just super kind and honest folks to work with! Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience with Dry Effect. We have a toddler with dog and cat dander allergies and it was important to us that we got our vents cleaned because animals have lived in this home before. The associate showed us our vents before and after and also showed us the cumulative amount of dust, dander, debris that was in all of our vents. There was cat hair in our vents from a cat that lived here years ago. It was shocking to say the least! The associate explained the process and answered all of our questions. I’ve had two different inspections done by Dry Effect over the past year. They are very nice and professional. Both times they gave me advice on how to fix certain issues without trying to upsell me on something I didn’t need. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience today with Josh. He came to look at water damage in a basement. He spent a lot of time with us and concluded that the root cause was a variety of gutter issues. He gave us ideas to fix them but Dry Effect doesn’t address gutters so he could not get any business from his visit. He didn’t charge us anything for his time. We appreciate his honesty and generosity.

Lisa was super responsive and answered all of my questions and concerns about getting mold remediated at a property. Would 1000% recommend - they're honest and trustworthy and as someone who owns and has done 100+ properties, I'd trust them with all of my remediation needs.

We had a small mold problem in our basement. Josh came over to take a look and was incredibly helpful and just explained how I could deal with it on my own. He said something like, "I mean, you could pay us to do it but I don't think that's necessary." It was terrific service. Very honest and super helpful. Got here exactly on time, etc. etc. Highly recommended.

Dave was phenomenal. This company was recommended to me by our realtor. They were easy to schedule, great communication, and Dave came out to our property. He was thorough, informational, and kind. Would recommend him and this organization every time!

2020: You would be hard pressed to find any type of contractor who was more customer service friendly. I called them in desperation on a Sunday when it was actually raining in my bedroom. They came, helped cover things and move things to prevent further damage then came back and addressed the damage. I feel they went above and beyond to remedy the situation. They ended up removing most of the walls and ceiling and helped provide restoration. It looks wonderful. They honored their estimate of services to the penny. My adjuster indicated that they were one of the best companies he has worked with, being Allstate, I think that is quite a compliment. I would not hesitate to call on them again. I appreciate everyone who worked to get my house back in order.

2024. Again, kitchen broken pipe and Dry Effects to the rescue. I feel terrible that I wrote but did. To post my 2030 adventure with them. This company now twice has gone above and beyond and I would recommend them over and over again. They made it easy for me and so helpful. I paid my deductible and they worked with my insurance. My kitchen was a mess but they got it demo’d it, dried it and cleaned up, ready for reconstruction. Just a great business! There is a before shot in here. 5 star all the way. They were even super careful with some very delicate wine glasses. That meant so much!

Josh was exceptional! He was honest, precise, and knowledgeable. If you need ANY water clean up then call them immediately and get the best service!

I just had an appointment today and Dave came out and he was really professional and honest. He advised me that I don’t need waterproofing or Moisture treatment. Although I didn't become a customer, however I really appreciate the honesty and advice. I hope all the companies are as honest as dry effect.
