Just wanted to do a short shout out to Voda Cleaning. Dave was the gentleman who came out to clean my furniture and my mattress. He called me to let me know exactly when he was going to be here. He was kind, respectful and professional. The job was done within about 30 to 45 minutes and my furniture is left smelling clean, and my house is left looking nice. I will definitely be calling them again for other jobs and I definitely recommend them to anybody who is looking Cleaning company. Voda was great! I found mold in my basement when trying to sell it, which meant time was absolutely of the essence to me, and these guys were on top of it. Wayne was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and he and his team were very timely and thorough in their work. They send their air testing to a 3rd party for unbias results and everything came back good in time for our closing date! I will definitely be contacting them again in the future if the need arises.

VODA Cleaning Services. We recently had our large sectional cleaned by Dave and Trent, and they were absolutely amazing! From the moment they arrived, they were extremely professional and respectful of our home—taking great care to protect our floors while they worked. The attention to detail and pride they took in their work was truly impressive. Our sectional looks like new again! I would highly recommend this carpet and upholstery cleaning service to anyone. Dave was amazing! He was able to come early. Got in and out quick. Was very knowledgeable and did a great job. The price wasn’t bad considering I had my whole upstairs done. And it feels and smells like a new carpet. 10/10. Will be asking for Dave for future things.

Unfortunately I had a basement flooding issue today! Carter and Aaron were 100% professional, effective, and caring! No one wants to deal with these things but they made it so much better! Highly recommend!

Aaron and Carter came out to clean the urine stains I discovered from my male cat marking the carpet in my basement. I used a black light to show them where the worst of the marking was located. Aaron clearly defined the expectations of what the cleaning would do and might not do. The results were better than expected! It looks and smells great!. They both were so courteous and professional. I felt safe having them in my home. I couldn’t be happier and I will definitely use them again and recommend them to whoever needs cleaning services!

Voda cleaning and restoration was very professional and easy to work with. They did an excellent job in remediating mold and the pricing was very reasonable. The quote includes every detail clearly and they did an excellent job. Highly recommend them.

I used Voda to clean up a basement after a sewer backup where raw sewage was present. The team was quick to respond with a quote and was able to dispatch a team to immediately begin the cleanup process as soon as the contract was signed. The team had to removed damaged property and clean up the mess. The work was thorough and follow up was excellent. After some days, an odor was still detected and the team returned to take additional steps to eliminate odors. Customer service throughout the process was top notch. I would use this company again!

AMAZING company. We called at 10:00 am for an emergency on our carpet and they showed up at 11:30 am. Dave walked in with great confidence. He was very friendly and professional. Josh and Nick are both AMAZING! We had another company mitigate the mold in our basement and Josh and Nick have both helped us with subsequent issues and testing. They are professional, timely, super reasonable prices and amazingly knowledgable. They are also calm and patient with questions, take the initiative to solve issues and honest. We couldn't be happier with their work and HIGHLY recommend them. We wouldn't go with anyone else for water issues if we have to deal with these issues in the future.

I used Dry Effect for the water remediation portion of my home insurance claim. They were the only company out of 5 other estimates that used a moisture reader to accurately delineate the area of damage, which made them stand out to me.

Dave Dawkins was our main point of contact and he was extremely professional, punctual, and nice. Overall, we are satisfied with the fast response of Dry Effect and would highly recommend them; however, during the repair of our home insurance claim (after remediation was complete), several contractors pointed out to me that some things that were damaged during water remediation (cabinet tear out, plaster tear out, etc.) could've been avoided if it was better thought out/not rushed through.
