Emergency response was great—they had a team out within the hour and I was looking forward to working with them. Unfortunately they ghosted me for an estimate. I was told it would be sent in 24-48 hours, "but likely this evening." After two days had passed, I followed up twice via phone, then gave up. No response after over a week.

This is one of the most competent, communicative, and responsive companies around, let alone for restoration. BJ and Dry Ally are such a relief during times that are really difficult. Please give them a call, even if you’re hesitating just a little bit. They’ll take care of you faster than you ever thought possible!!

Dry Ally was very easy to work with. They were professional and attentive to our needs. BJ showed up shortly after my call and stayed until late that night making sure our wet basement began drying out quickly. Highly recommend!

Our sump pump failed after a very heavy rain. The entire basement was flooded. I called Dry Ally and was very impressed by their quick response time right from the start. This evening our sump pump in our basement failed. Within no time at all our basement was saturated. I immediately called Dry Ally and within 30 minutes they were at our front door. They assessed the situation and came up with a plan. They did an amazing job and they were able to get all of the water removed and everything cleaned up properly. We really appreciated their professionalism and thoroughness.

This company did wonderful on my carpet in my 4 bedroom home. Their cleaning staff was very pleasant and respectful of my home. They did a great job cleaning my carpet especially my stairs! Highly recommended!!

Finally a company that does things right!!! Excellent customer service, prompt scheduling and affordable pricing. They had to make 2 visits due to some poor construction on my builders behalf and they only charged me for 1 service call. I can’t recommend Voda cleaning and Restoration enough. I used them for duct cleaning but will definitely do my carpet cleaning with them as well. These days it’s hard to find a company that has fair prices, convenient scheduling and friendly personnel but Voda has it all!!!!

I am extremely pleased with Voda's services. I inquired about deep cleaning for our couch and I got a response right away. I was able to schedule for the same day. We were assigned to William and he was excellent! He explained everything in detail, was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, so very professional and honest. Our couch was deeply sanitized and cleaned. I also learned about the importance of cleaning the air ducts so we will definitely be calling them again soon. A very pleasant experience. I highly recommend this company and William!

William was amazing!! He quickly identified what the previous subpar carpet cleaning company messed up and failed to remove. He also had so many great tips on how to keep the carpet clean (who knew Teflon should be applied after cleanings?!). With dogs, I'm always struggling, not anymore! Voda was also less costly than other companies I used, I was just lucky enough to find them because they opened up in my neighborhood in EWH. I plan to schedule a duct cleaning appt soon, and get some of my Turkish rugs cleaned. Thanks again Voda and William and welcome to the neighborhood!

Extremely professional company. Joe and Jeremy were here within the hour of me calling and did a phenomenal job!

My upstairs condo had a pipe inside the wall bust. We did the best we could and called Voda the next morning to start the process. I was clueless as to what to expect, and hysterical. Wayne and Jeremy arrived and assessed the situation. They explained everything as they went along. They dried out my condo floors and walls. And sadly downstairs was hit harder and they took care of her as well. They came daily to check water readings, with the least invasive damage, possible. Thumbs up to Joey and Jeremy and VODA!!

David W. is superb in cleaning furniture and carpets! My furniture looks amazing - especially as I had been told by another company furniture cleaning “iffy” at best. Bonus: the cleaning solution made my house smell CLEAN - not a floral or lemony scent. Highly recommend!!!
