Dry Ally came to help us clean up from a water backup in our basement. Very professional and knowledgeable they helped us walk through the recovery process and ensured we were doing the right things to have a quick recovery.

Quick response and service time. I called and was out as soon as I needed him for my water removal in the crawlspace. He charged a fair price. I received a quote from another company, and Dry Ally LLC was priced fairly, unlike the other company. He also provided good recommendations on how to prevent future issues. I will definately call again if I have future work or water needing removed from my crawlspace. Also very friendly. The house was in Bethel Ohio that he took care of.

We noticed mold in our laundry room on a Friday night and immediately became concerned. We reached out to Dry Ally, and BJ was on the job the next morning (I personally deemed the situation not an emergency, otherwise I know he would have been there immediately). BJ worked quickly to identify the issue, helped me establish a gameplan, and then started his work in assessing and remediating the overall damage. We didn’t just have a contractor, in a time of need, we had a partner. I can’t recommend a more knowledgeable and reputable business.

Dry Ally did a wonderful job on my basement. I’ve had a mold problem for a while and decided it was time to get it fixed. Dry Ally came to the rescue. They did a total gut job, took all the walls down to the block and removed the ceiling tiles. Then treated everything to kill the mold. The estimate that BJ wrote was very itemized which was great so you can see everything he's doing and the breakdown of cost. BJ and his guys were great to work with and went above and beyond to make sure everything was right.

Dry Ally gave our business a more-than-competitive estimate for the work that needed done on a property, and even more impressively, had us scheduled to have that work done in less than a week. These guys were great!! BJ came over after 6pm on the night we discovered our sump pump failure. They worked until 10 placing heaters, pulling up carpet and relieving our concerns. When we told them we needed to leave town in a week they brought even more fans over the next day to assure all would be dried before we left. BJ came by daily to assess the moisture levels and adjust things as needed. I’d highly recommend this company!
