Apke handled water damage from a refrigerator leak which damaged our kitchen hardwood floor and underneath in the family room and bathroom ceiling and walls in the finished portion of our basement. They were at our house within 4 hours of receiving our first call. They were responsive and professional throughout water extraction, drying, cleaning and restoring.

We have two kids plus this year we have been fostering dogs so our carpets were very dirty and needed a major cleaning. I called Apke Total Restoration and John was so easy to work with. They came and cleaned all our carpets and stairs yesterday and they look like new. I really didn’t think they would be able to get all the stains out but they did. You could easily see our foot/traffic pattern in our family room (you could see the outline of where our couch sits) and now you can’t. I definitely recommend them and will be using them again.

I have (unfortunately ) needed to use Apke more than once. They are extremely responsive, capable and effective. Pricing seems fair and all the personnel are great to work with. I show them the problem and then leave the house - complete trust.

My realtor recommended Apke Total Restoration for the cleaning of my carpets. A crew of 2 arrived on time and energetically went about the process. My house is 18 years old and still has the original carpets, so you can imagine that there were a lot of areas needing a deep cleaning. I last had my carpets cleaned a few years ago by a company who advertises in the media. The difference between Apke and the other company was night and day. While my carpets didn't look brand new when Apke cleaners were done, they clearly were 100% better, and much much nicer than the over-rated competitor who advertises on a regular basis. Apex Carpet Cleaners was professional, friendly, and did an amazing job. My rugs and upholstery look phenomenal, they removed all the dirt and filth that comes with kids and a dog. Everything feels fresh and clean, and their pricing was very reasonable. Highly recommend!
