We had a water supply line to our second-floor bathroom break. We had water damage in the bathroom and it leaked down to the first floor ceiling of the living room as well. We called our agent and the agent referred a plumber and he referred Servpro to help with the water damage. Plumber came in and made repairs same day and Servpro came in the same day as well. The Servpro guys explained everything they were going to do to mitigate the water loss. And said they could also do the repairs which we did not expect. We feel very comfortable through the whole process. They were very professional.

There's not enough stars for this review. Servpro came out for a mold issue I had in my basement, and I was highly impressed with tech Ronald Fields and his teams professionalism and customer service. I highly recommend them.

Antonio and his team did an incredible job drying and cleaning our basement after a burst pipe! They have been kind, thorough, and communicative throughout the process. While I don't recommend a flooded basement, if you find yourself in that situation, I can't recommend this team highly enough. They took care of everything, worked directly with my insurance, and gave us peace of mind under otherwise stressful circumstances. Thank you!

I called Apke because of the 5 star reviews. And they did not disappoint. They arrived on time, were friendly, efficient, organized and came in at a great price. We even asked last minute if they could clean a rug. They said yes and it brought new life to it. Will definitely use them again.

Apke Total Restoration is a fantastic company. As a small property management company who operates mostly around the University of Cincinnati area, we rely on them every year for our major apartment turnovers. We typically have between 30 and 40 apartments that vacate every year, and we have a very quick turnaround period before the new Residents arrive.

Apke has never let us down. They are fast, responsive, able to handle our hectic schedule that sometimes involves last minute changes, and most importantly, they do fantastic work. We have never had an issue with the carpets they clean, and we always hear how nice they look when Residents move in. We have even had some carpets we thought were beyond saving, but the materials and equipment they use are top notch and they get the job done.

John Apke himself has even come to our rescue! John is very kind, professional, and a pleasure to work with, and while I am probably leaving someone out, Marshall, Coco, and Adam are some of the amazing employees that come to clean our carpets. They are all fantastic and professional, and they are so nice to work with.

We have a responsibility to our Residents to provide steam-clean and sanitized carpets upon move-in that we take very seriously, and we will never use anyone other than Apke Total Restoration.

We had a water leak that occurred overnight, and called Apke first thing in the morning to come and take a look at damage/tear out walls and dry up the damaged spots; they were out at our home within a couple hours! We were very impressed with how responsive this team was to our calls and they always stayed in communication. We even have a child who is sensitive to loud noises, and the team was very understanding and made every effort to accommodate her needs. Everyone we worked with from Apke was professional and friendly, and we would definitely recommend them to others!

Have used other carpet cleaning companies but none are as good as Apke. Easy to schedule. Professional staff. Great equipment. Excellent results that last. Best recommendation I can say is that I use them over and over. My first and only call when I need my carpets and upholstery cleaned.

I had a small kitchen fire which was extremely scary and I got hurt in the process so between being hurt and worrying about the state of my kitchen I was very stressed and overwhelmed but my insurance hired this group of people at apke and I have to say they were just amazing! They were able to start the work quickly and I was here with them everyday while they were working and they were all so friendly and kind and took such good care of my things and were very particular about how they did things to assure my house would go back to its original state! The thing I enjoyed the most about them was just how friendly they were! One of the men here cleaning had had some serious burns in his life and he was so good at making me feel better about my burns and assuring me that I would be ok the woman that was here cleaning with him was a hoot and she was so nice to be around I’m actually going to miss them! The two men that they had in here painting were also so nice and man did they paint fast and didn’t seem to mind that I was here with them they talked and was patient with me needing to slip into the kitchen or didn’t mind if I had to just sit and stare at them at times and by the end of the time being here I feel like I know so much about them! The owner of the company was awesome to work with he kept me informed on the process and when people were going to be in and out of here he always had an amazing upbeat attitude and made sure the keep checking in and that I was happy with everything that was being done! The Apke team was very responsive and easy to work with. I called on a Saturday morning around 8:30 and they were able to have someone out to start working on it at 11am. They had to remove the base boards and pull-up the carpet in the corners to ensure everything would dry properly. We are very pleased with the quality of work and will definitely recommend them to friends and family. Thank you Apke!
