Jack Kline and his team at Serv Pro did a great job helping after our property flooded. From the water remediation to the removal of our flooring and cabinets. Jack stayed in close contact with us, letting us know what was going to be happening step by step. It is my firm belief that his approach to customer relations warrants his name for promotion or at least recognition. Thank you Jack, his team and Serv Pro for all your work. I hope to not need your assistance again but would easily choose Serv Pro if needed.

Servpro has been prompt and professional during the entire process. The crew arrived within 90 minutes of my first call. They reviewed the water damage, thoroughly explained the process and went right to work. Highly recommended.

The SERVPRO team did a great job helping us after our basement flooded. Kent Bachman and his crew were on site quickly, assessed the situation, and presented a plan to begin restoring the area from the damage caused. I had a great experience working with this company.

The office got a team out to us within hours for a flood due to sump failure. Kat organized it all rapidly. They were able to clean and drain water and then set up an intricate fan and dehumidifier system. Impressed by daily phone communication and came when they said they would. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Working with them has been a nightmare. They did work on a rental property I own but got authorization for work from the tenant. By the time I received an invoice it was already in collections. Then 6 months after I paid them, they sent me ANOTHER bill because they had two open files, one in my name and one in my tenants. Would NOT recommend working with them!

ServPro’s team - Chandler and his two crew members - all amazing - came on time and got instantly to work deep cleaning and, wearing their hazmat gear, removing blood and urine and disinfecting the studio apartment.
They cleaned the bathroom especially carefully and cleaned all the many cabinets inside and out, microwave, fridge, built-in A/C unit, and they bagged and carried out an enormous amount of soiled trash to the dumpster.
This is the second time in a year I have contracted ServPro of East Central Cincinnati and have been super pleased with both teams’ (both times led by Chandler) excellent service and reliability.
Along with the intrepid Kat, who dealt with the constant changes I had to make with the second contract, they are just remarkable!

They showed up 30 minutes late to my business, guaranteed the carpets would be dry when they left, and the carpets were not visibly cleaner than from before. I had to open with the carpets still soaked… Unprofessional, unreliable, and misleading!

Chandler, Robby and Scott were excellent. They worked very well together, were thorough and completed the job in a timely manner. Highly recommend!!

The ServPro team arrived at our facility at midnight due to a major water break. The team began right away and went out of their way to assist our residents to safety. They worked several weeks to remediate and demo several rooms. The lead manager, Chandler, did a great job in managing the project. Solid communication and kind and compassionate care to staff and residents. We would highly recommend their services. Great Job!

Jack K and his team did a great job with our water damage in the lower level. He communicated and made sure the work was done. I thank him and his team for prompt service and professionalism.

Danny and his team did a great job on removing the water damaged drywall in our office. He communicated what was going to be done and why and the work was excellent and they left the office cleaner than when they found it. They worked during our normal hours and kept any disruption to a minimum.

This is the first time I’ve used Servpro for carpet cleaning. Many of my other clients have used them for water and fire restoration services and have been very pleased. I was very grateful for the attention to detail that they had. Not only was the carpet cleaning the best we have had but I had asked for our couch to be cleaned as well. But it turns out there was a warning tag saying I needed to use a different type of cleaning. Even though they did not offer that type of they put me in contact with someone who does.
