Significant flooding due to washing machine hose separated. They arrived 2 hours after my call. Immediately started the drying and diagnosing phase. Very thorough. They worked the first night till 10pm and checked back in for the next 3 days. Results were excellent.

We had another experience a fews years ago with another company and there is no comparison.

Servpro answered our late night call when our pet sitter discovered water intrusion in our basement. They were out the next morning with equipment removing water to prevent further damage. Servpro worked with our insurance and provided us with a couple great referrals for companies for other work that we needed. The Servpro team led by Justin Kirby was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. They were available whenever we had questions or concerns.

We had a pleasant experience with the company as a whole. They were very responsive and helpful in our time of need. We were serviced by Derek for water damages throughout our basement. He was very kind and informative as we had no idea what to expect from the flood damages. I would call them again for future needs.

Jon and his crew were great. I had a roof leak that caused some significant water and mold damage. Jon was extremely responsive to phone calls and texts. All communications were transparent and I received very detailed reports and photos of everything that was done. They also made sure they were in communication with my insurance company and provided assistance wherever possible. I hope I never have to call Servpro again, but if I do, I know Servpro will do a thorough and professional job.

ServPro of East Central Cincinnati is one of the best companies I have engaged with. Brandon, who served our country in the Marines, and his team are very responsive in a crisis situation - ie flooded basement. They took care of everything and made sure that mold would not be an issue in our house from this flooding. We are having them out to clean our air duct cleaning this month. I highly recommend them.

My experience with this company was 10/10. I don’t reside in Cincinnati but needed someone reliable to assist my elderly mother when her sub pump went out. I spoke to Derek on the phone and he talked us through everything that was damaged and what needed fixed or replaced. We really appreciated his patience with my mom as she can be a handful. He kept us all informed step by step what he was going to be doing and didn’t take advantage of her being elderly as other companies have done in the past.

Justin and his crew were fantastic! They came out right away. Explained everything they were doing and what to expect. Answering every question I had. We had a supply line break which caused a lot of water damage to our living room carpet. Justin was in contact with me everyday. I highly recommend this company.

We had a clog in our toilet that every time we drained our bathtub in that room it would blow the wax ring out and leak into the floor, through the subfloor, into the ceiling of our laundry room , it made its way into the kitchen and worked its way to the basement also. We had Justin as our crew manager for the mitigation process. He and his team were absolutely phenomenal! His communication with me throughout the entire process was outstanding. My wife and I currently have a 6 week old. To say that dealing with her and the house issues was stressful is an understatement. Having Justin really helped to alleviate a lot of that stress. I felt they treated me and my family with great respect. I also felt that they took care of my house as if it was their own house that was having this issue. I cannot thank them enough for helping us through this difficult time and the professionalism they showed through the entire process.
