We were referred to Apke from a friend of a friend who was satisfied with their work. We haven't had a multitude of carpets cleaned, but from what I can tell of the job they did and the smell our new house had before and after, they did a fantastic job. Our technician explained what he was doing in detail and talked about the trouble areas in depth. He was cautious with our floors and walls and was on time. I thought the price was fair and we would use them again.

We hired Apke for over 11,000 square feet of commercial space, including carpet, tile and vinyl. They were easy to reach and schedule with, and arrived on time. The work was done over the weekend and we came back on Monday to what felt like a new building! We are extremely satisfied with the work they did and we will absolutely work with them again in the future.

We have used Apke many times to clean our carpets and living room furniture. The crews have been extremely professional and very thorough. We will continue to use them in the future and highly recommend them.

Our warehouse recently sustained a good deal of smoke damage from a fire in our neighbor's facility. We quickly decided that the clean up was well beyond our in house capabilities. We called Apke at the suggestion of an insurance person. Best call we could have made. The Apke team was tremendous. They were prompt, professional and very courteous. Each team member performed his / her job efficiently and effectively - a well coordinated effort. They finished the job quickly and the end result exceeded my expectations. We used Apke for the first time a couple of weeks ago to clean our sofa, chairs & ottoman. The office was friendly & easy to schedule with. The cleaning was well done and reasonably priced. We are going to be calling Apke for all future upholstery cleans.

Apke provided us with amazing customer service today. Our dog got sick and threw up chocolate all over our house. They were able to come that day and got all the stains out. The technician went above and beyond to clean each stain with care. He turned a very bad day around!

John’s crew fixed my bathroom ceiling from an old botched job by another company. They did a nice job! John even went out of his way to pick up a key to my place at my job one day so he could move forward quickly with finishing the job. I appreciated the on going communication he and his team provided throughout the job and am happy with the results of my bathroom ceiling!

We've used several other providers for carpet cleaning, but Apke has by far been the best. Their scheduling process, communication, pricing AND quality of service are truly fantastic. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the types of rugs we had in our home and the best way to clean them. I learned a lot in the process and will now be using them for an annual cleaning of our rugs and stairway runner. In addition to being knowledgeable, they were on time, professional, and flexible when I asked if they could also touch up our couch and one more rug. HIGHLY recommend!

We found our outside spigot had ruptured over the winter when we tried use our hose. Sunday of Memorial Day weekend water was pouring out our light fixture in the lower level. Called Apke and in an hour they arrived and began the restoration/drying. Helped me get everything back to normal and helped with the insurance adjuster. Can’t say how happy I am with their service!

He responded quickly and was at our house by 11am, cleaned the carpet thoroughly and also provided tips on how to spot clean our carpets more effectively in the future.
