They came up to Michigan to help us when Detroit burbs flooded in August 2014. Can't speak more highly of them. They took control of a very big job at a time when we were completely overwhelmed by emotions and loss from the flood. Great work ethic, respectful of our belongings, did all the heavy lifting and all the clean up. They were here for 4 days and worked their butts off. Nice men, good manners, and took time to explain what the chemicals and machines were for. Was worth every penny. Out house smelled like a latrine when it flooded with sewage, and was clean and fresh when they left. Have had no problems or odors since.

The team did an excellent job cleaning up the water damage in the basement. They were thorough, explained the process of clean-up and mold prevention and delivered outstanding results. They were very professional and I highly recommend them.

The owner of this company and the workers that he hires are the most unprofessional set of people I’ve ever seen in the construction business. This guy is a insurance scam waiting to happen. Trying to get paid for work that he has not completed. He’s a snake in the grass. Kind and courteous to your face, but unprofessional and shady and his work. My in-laws have been dealing with him for seven weeks now on a 10 day to two week job at the most. And it’s been almost 2 months now and they still did not complete the job. Do not go to Kevin Hauser. All I can say is I hope he gets what’s coming to him. Not a good person at all to deal with.

My wife did not threaten your hack of a worker. She told her to stop disrespecting her mother and my mother in law! Two week job and it’s been TWO MONTHS!!! Who wouldn’t be upset with this nonsense! Your shoddy management skills and your deceptive tactic is disgusting and My wife and I will let everyone in the area know about you and your insurance scam you are a part of. You’ve done more than fall short on this job! You are totally in the wrong business. Anyone who reads this, take heed. This guy is a joke of a contractor! Just like the other reviewers say….do it yourself!

Now he is withholding their furniture for work he did not complete whatsoever! He owes them money! Trying to charge them for things he hasn’t even done on the job at all. If you want to see the itemized list I can post that too! And hundreds of pictures of his workers tearing up more than they fixed!
STAY AWAY FROM SERVPRO in Cleves, Clifton and Delhi area! The insurance company and adjusters have been notified. And apparently the way this guy handles business, lawyers are the next step!

6 months later and still bothering my in-laws with his nonsense. Whoever is giving this guy good reviews is naive! Or his friends on here lying for him. Save your time and insurance money! There is no way this man will ever be considered a professional!

Two week job has now turned into six months!

Servpro was excellent, very professional and very good work. They managed the project professionally and worked around your schedule. Katie at Servpro was especially nice and understanding and most helpful during our experience. Servpro in general made everything easier as far as scheduling work up to working with the insurance company. I will highly recommend them to friends and family.

I was having some trouble finding a great carpet cleaning company to clean my carpets. Kevin H of Serv-pro had done other projects at my mothers house and my house in the past so I thought I’d try them to clean our 1st floor carpets. Amazing results! Our carpets are older and I couldn’t believe the original color had come back to life! So professional, on time, reputable and careful with moving our furniture. I couldn’t be happier! Thank you!

Servpro of Cheviot and Cleves was fantastic to work with. They came out immediately and completely remediated our water and mold problem in a cost effective and very professional way. They were on time and were excellent communicators. Debbie did a great job of handling the insurance claim and billing . I give them my highest rating!

I had a mess as a lady ran her car through my building. Servpro of cleves came right out and cleaned everything up. Then they repaired the damage and not only were they prompt but they did a great job putting everything back. I would definitely recommend them and use them again. I called the office to report water in my basement and sewer backup and Kevin was at my house in less than an hour. He and his crew did a great job with the cleanup, sanitizing and drying. They came many times afterward to take moisture readings until the woodwork was all dry. They did a great job for me and I highly recommend Serv Pro of Cheviot/Cleves.

Kevin and Trevor did a great job! Debbie was so nice and helpful with questions when I called the office. They made the whole process very easy. I told them several times they were worth every penny we paid them to clean the 20 years of nicotine and grime off the walls, ceilings, baseboards and door frames. From the moment we contacted ServPro concerning water damage from a burst pipe in an adjoining condo affecting our master bedroom & lower level, Kevin Haaser & his crew took immediate action. To prevent mold from taking over, water-logged ceilings, walls, baseboards, carpeting / padding were removed & disposed. Numerous high powered fans & dehumidifiers were placed in damaged areas to prevent mold from growing & Kevin made frequent " dry tests " during several days of the drying process. Once mitigation was completed,
SERVPRO'S reconstruction crew began the process of rebuilding our home, installing drywall, ceilings, insulation, painting, replacing damaged fixtures, carpet repadding, & installing new carpeting. After reconstruction & internal inspection, all areas were thoroughly cleaned. During the entire process, office manager Katie & procurement manager Chasity arranged for materials & contractors to be on site & on time to expedite the mitigation & reconstruction. Project manager Kevin Haaser was also in constant contact with us both on phone & in person to oversee our issues while doing some of the jobs himself.
My wife Ruthie & I were devasted when coming home from a visit with our daughter & seeing the damage a broken pipe can do. With the exemplary service & performance of Kevin & his SERVPRO team, our home has been returned to us, better than ever.

After our basement was flooded we were desperate. I had three different insurance adjusters telling me several different stories as to what would be covered. I subsequently call SERVPRO and contacted Chasity. She immediately assumed control of all the insurance issues relieving my frustration. Then she organized the massive clean of our basement and all the repairs. Chasity politely contacted us before each step of our restoration. We will be forever grateful to all the employees at SERVPRO for coming to our rescue during our time of need!

I am so grateful to Servpro for their help in my sewer back up disaster in my home. They came within an hour notice and did a great job cleaning and sanitizing my basement! The entire team was outstanding from start to finish. We had a pipe break in our basement on Friday of a holiday weekend. They responded immediately and took care of the remediation process and coordinated the repair process accommodating our needs for a family party. They were incredibly professional, I can’t say enough good things about them. I will definitely use them again.

Kevin was great. He met me on site, on time and provided me with an estimate of the clean up cost which allowed me to budget the project. He was fearless in the face of a flooded basement and a mold saturated house. Thanks Kevin, you are my 1st call for mold remediation and clean up.

My situation was that while getting a new roof put on and after they had removed all the sheets of plywood, we got hit with a rain deluge. Servpro was hired to fix the damage. They came in and cleaned it all up, packed all my belongings and furniture into a POD that was kept in my driveway. They had to replace all my ceilings and repaint, shampoo carpet and replace all my ceiling fans and fixtures, bring all the furniture and boxes back into the house. The work they did was professionally done and they always kept in touch with my husband and I to let us know everything that was going on. My home looks better now than it ever did. I’m so thankful that the owner of this franchise was as conscientious and sympathetic to our needs as he was. He’s a true perfectionist and a man of honesty. He did above and beyond of what his job required to get my home back in shape. My husband and I are forever grateful for his help.

A total nightmare. Been dealing with issues since 7/22 and still dealing with them. Work when they feel like it. Have to explain to them how to do the work correctly.

They laid my carpet first then covered it with that carpet stick on guard. Then put up my suspended ceiling. The ceiling is almost 2 inches closer to the ground compared to what it originally was.
When I brought this to their attention they said it's a standard so live with it.
The carpet was all sticky from leaving the film on it for 5 months.
They had t cut the carpet to put some leveling compound in a small area, then when they repaired the seam it was totally unacceptable.
They don't work with you! They expect me to pay again to get it replaced, when it wasn't my fault.
It's all about money to them.

There are pictures attached to back up my complaint. You were paid 18,000. As for the contractors, you claim that would not come back, you fired one of them and the ceiling tiles had to be cut 3 different times. I wouldn't want to come back to keep fixing others mistakes. You forgot to mention that the contractor who installed the ceiling wired the electric all wrong and therfore I had to wait a week before the electric could be turned back on and others were getting shocked downstairs.
The sconces I had were ripped off my wall and broken. The chair rail and cosmetic strips had to be put up to hide the disgusting seams. They weren't there
And I really had no choice but to hide the mess up.
You took 15 months and there is still work that needs to be done.
I have to super glue the corner of the patched carpet. Paint the other side of the chair rail. Replace an uneven cut door. Etc. So yes, my time is worth 1,200.

Restored flooded basement. Went to ServPro when insurance company’s preferred vendor would not return my calls for days. Estimator arrived on time and got paperwork to insurance within a day. After approval, work begin on schedule with minimal delay between various subcontractors. Crews were professional and unobtrusive, kept noise to a minimum. Accommodating when I asked for upgrades and deviations (at additional cost). Post construction clean up was especially nice. Corrected without complaint a few minor details pointed out at final walk through. Would definitely recommend and hire again.

I have been dealing with a terrible flooding debacle with Home Depot. Their insurance company has been evasive and unclear about the process. ServPro took the time to explain everything to me clearly and visited the house quickly. They will def be my first call in the future

Dry Ally was at our house within 30 minutes of us calling them (at 8pm!). We really appreciate their professionalness and consideration of our daughters health, who's immunity is low right now. They would definitely be the first ones we'd call again.
