CLE Duct Service did a great job cleaning my air ducts, furnace and dryer. They were professional and very thorough. Highly recommend!

First off, If I could give it less stars, I would have, but the TECH was AMAZING, friendly and professional. SCHEDULING and communication were a train wreck.THREE NO CALL NO SHOWS since I started this in November. MULTIPLE Google voice phone numbers with all out of area phone numbers. Pricing was “discounted” to their advertised sale price (Air Mavericks online) of $199. When the TECH arrived, pricing DOUBLED. American Air Mavericks is the company that did the work, NOT CLE Duct Cleaning. I’d be willing to bet that the other reviews were made by people employed or running the business.

CLE Duct Service did a phenomenal job cleaning my air ducts. They showed up on time and were very professional and thorough. They made sure every duct was cleaned before leaving. It has been a few weeks since the service and we have noticed it is much easier to breathe in the house. My wife does not wheeze anymore from dust circulating the house. I highly recommend.

Needed my chimney swept. Saw the reviews for Century Chimney and was impressed enough to give them a try. They did not disappoint, they arrived on time, worked with my schedule and did a great job. Gary diffidently knows what he is doing and is very professional and a great guy to talk to. He gave me plenty of tips and pointers since this was my first time owning a home with a fireplace. They are very affordable and I highly recommend. Will diffidently be calling again in the future.

I normally don’t post reviews, but this company has earned public praise. Our chimney was badly deteriorated. I received several quotes with totally different approaches. I was honestly hesitant to go with Century because of cost. However, after a lot of research into companies (some of whom had F ratings with BBB) and approaches, I decided to go with Century and a rebuild. This is an extremely well-run operation. From the back office staff who are patient, well-organized and informed, to the guys on the job who were courteous, efficient, on-time and helpful - everybody was giving their A game. It felt like a small fortune, but this chimney looks like a work of art inside and out. Great craftsmanship - they clearly take pride in their work. Great job all!

I used Century Chimney years ago in another home to clean out a 150 year old chimney. They were so lovely and reliable that when I needed to repair chimneys at my new home, I called them. Simply put, they are exceptional! They did excellent work at a literal fraction of the cost of other quotes. They were professional, courteous, and fast! Really can't say enough good things. I had an emergency where my hot water tank was nit venting properly and leaking carbon monoxide into my home, there was obviously a blockage in my chimney. I reached out to century chimney through Google and received a reply immediately. They were booked up for the next few months but he was able to get a crew to my house the following day and get my chimney cleared out. The price was very reasonable and I am so happy to have found a wonderful company that I would recommend to anybody and will continue to use as long as I own my home!

Noah was just here: arrived on time, very professional and personable. He took the time to explain things to me as he performed the „chimnoscopy“ :^), determining if the fireplace in my new home is safe to use. It was very clear that he knows what he is talking about, and Noah made time to instruct me in the best method for starting a fire as well. I had work done on my chimney today and I have nothing but positives to share about the staff at Century Chimney. From Teresa in the office to Graham who did the estimate to Noah who did the repairs, all were friendly and extremely professional. I have confidence that my chimney issues are now fixed but know that if I have any future issues, Century will stand behind its work.

My wife and I recently purchased a new house that has a wood burning fireplace that the prior owners had never used. We decided that it would be a very good idea to have the chimney inspected and cleaned as we did not want to have a chimney fire the first time we fired it up. Because of the outstanding work that Century Chimney had done for us in the past, they were the only ones that we called for this job. The crews are extremely knowledgeable about chimneys and always take the time to give detailed explanations of what they see along with providing pictures so I do not have to climb on the roof to see for myself. For this particular job, when Graham and Patrick inspected the chimney, they found that it was clean and did not need to be cleaned, but did find a number of other issues that needed to be addressed. We talked about these other things at length, looking at the pictures that they took, and scheduled all of the work which included installing a chimney sleeve, tuckpoint work, resurfacing the chimney crown, and applying a water repellent to protect the exposed brickwork. On the day scheduled, Tyler and Jeremiah arrived, on time, to perform the work. Due to inclement weather, the chimney exterior work needed to be rescheduled, but they got the chimney sleeve installed in short order. Again, the crew was extremely knowledgeable about the process and was very happy to explain every part of the process. After that work was complete, they scheduled the remainder of the work for later that week. Again, Century Chimney was on time to perform the work, and again the crew (Tyler and Zach) were happy to explain the process and answer any questions. For all of the stages of the work, they provided before and after pictures, were very good about cleaning up after themselves, and just a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Century Chimney to anyone needing chimney work, and they are the only ones that I will call.

The Century Chimney Team of 9 lined the two chimneys in our 110 year old home today. Century Chimney has been cleaning our chimneys for years, but the mortar had been deteriorating in both chimneys, and it was time to take preventive action. The Century Chimney Team consists of the most highly skilled craftsmen who have clearly mastered the techniques required for this critically important work. The Team began their work at 9:00 AM and worked steadily until 4:00 PM with a brief lunch break. Their work is impeccable! They take every precaution to protect the customer's property, both inside and out. Every step of their work is carefully coordinated. No aspect of the work is rushed. They are perfectionists, and it clearly shows in their finished work. Every member of the team is courteous and helpful. They work together and spend whatever time is needed to explain, on request, every aspect of the work to the customer. Their clean up throughout the job and at its conclusion is phenomenal! You cannot find better people to deal with. They are proud of and stand behind their work. They guarantee their chimney lining work for life, as long as you own the home. My wife and I are extremely pleased with Century Chimney and highly recommend them to anyone who is serious about fire safety and the protection of their home. We will continue to use Century Chimney exclusively for all of our chimney and fire safety needs.

I cannot recommend this company enough. From the first inquiry to the finished project they were professional, courteous and made sure we understood what they were replacing. The guys were clean and punctual, as well. Therese, that takes the calls was outstanding.
When I saw one of the guys on his hands and knees vacuuming the floor I knew I had made the right decision....oh, and the fireplace works wonderfully now and I have every confidence it will stay that way.

Awesome service from Century Chimney! They cleaned and serviced our wood burning fire place and showed exceptional care for our home while doing so. The service was fast and friendly and extremely reasonable for all the work they put into it! Tyler and Theresa (sp) were both professional, friendly and efficient. They are a scam. This is a high pressure sales company for chimney services. I called them for chimney sweep and they quoted me $195. They proceed to attempt to sell me a bunch of unnecessary products and services. Told them to get off my roof and out of my house. Sent me a bill for $318 for “inspection and sweep”. They will not get a dollar over the $195 I authorized.
