Had them come out to inspect my fireplace that hasn't been used in 15 years. They could have told me I needed a cleaning or expensive repairs, but instead he said everything looked good and was safe to use, and he didn't charge me for the inspection. Hard to find a honest company these days. Highly recommend.

Service was good until I called them about falling mortar from top of chimney a day after cap was installed. I sent pictures of the problem. I was told they would come out and resolve. After almost two weeks and me keep calling for status due to no response, I received a voicemail from Aaron stating the mortar was falling out while he was installing the chimney cap and if I want a repair he can come and give me a quote. I sent before and after pictures showing mortar was in place after cap was installed. It’s very hard to find honest and reliable help these days.

On October 1,2024 two young guys put on a crown tuckpointed the top part of my chimney and lastly put on a cap. They were excellent explained everything to me. The cleaned up the area that they worked in I will certainly recommend this company to every one.

Carol was nice & very professional. I got the service done a couple of months ago so I can’t remember the guys name but he was amazing. My chimney cracked in half because of a tree branch hitting it. He rebuilt it and threw in a chimney liner for a excellent price & even had to deal with fleas in my tenants basement that I didn’t know abt. He was a good sport about it. I’d definitely recommend to anyone!

I am impressed with this company. Carol was promptly responsive to my inquiry and very helpful. Their pricing is reasonable and they are fair about what is really needed. In our case, our gas didn't need a cleaning or deeper inspection and they were honest about that. Aaron gave some suggestions for setting up our fire place and a possible weak brick that he noticed and was on his way. Highly recommend.

We needed to have 2 chimneys repaired in order to release contingencies on the sale of our home, Aaron did a great job repairing them and was able to fit us in quickly. Very professional, would highly recommend this company to anyone. Thanks again Aaron.

They did a fantastic job with my chimney. After getting a number of quotes from other chimney and masonry repair businesses, Carol and Aaron came back with something in my affordability expectation. BUT, the most impressive part was once work commenced, Aaron quickly realized the work I had requested and been told by others that needed to be done: was actually not needed. After a bit of discussion and rescheduling I was able to retain my existing chimney. Aaron went above and beyond to not only repair, reseal, reinstall the damper, he cleaned out the inside gas burner and put in new sand and checked that everything functions properly. He was pleasant to work with and was honest about his scheduling needs. I would highly recommend having him. Thank you for saving my chimney and what would had been quoted by others as thousands of dollars of repair work. Honesty regarding what was going on and not being taken advantage of is a rare business trait these days.

Aaron just left no more than a few minutes ago at the time of writing this review. I am more than satisfied with the chimney sweep he did this afternoon. Arrived smack in the middle of the appointment window. He was professional, thorough and kept our home clean. I would definitely recommend Cleveland Clean Sweep to friends, family and anyone else who needs a chimney cleaning this winter or future winters.

Aaron came out and did a *fantastic* job. We needed a chimney cap & crown ASAP due to some inspection finds as we were selling our house. They were able to schedule a good time, and Aaron was even early to the appointment. He also came back to patch up a newly discovered hole in our roof for a very reasonable cost (which I’m sure was probably outside the scope of his typical work: chimneys). I’ve attached before and after photos of both.

Also... I feel compelled to say something... I’ve noticed a couple other reviews on here only leaving one ⭐... and I gotta say, it’s disheartening. I don’t know Aaron personally but after only talking to him the two times he’s been out, I feel like I do, as he’s very personable and down to earth. With COVID, and everything, it has been difficult for everyone, and small business owners are no exception. They are people, too... with lives outside of their business. Consider the impact your negative rating has on someone (who does a great job) when they’re just trying to make a living.

That said, I’d highly recommend Cleveland Clean Sweep. Out of *everyone* we contacted to get a quote & get this fixed, they were the most responsive, most flexible (w/ time), and most affordable. Definitely give them a call, and be understanding if they’re not getting back to you *right away* or a *tiny bit* late... because as you shop around for contractors you’ll see... they’re not known for their dependability, but Aaron definitely stood above the rest - at least the ones we spoke to.

Aron was a life saver. He did a partial tear down on two of my chimneys, was super reasonably priced, squeezed me in in less than a week and left the yard and roof super clean. I wish every contractor I had was this good.

AV Air responded quickly and installed my water heater the next day. He went through the steps of showing me how to relight the pilot should it ever go out. Everything was cleaned up afterwards. I will be using AV Air again to install a central air unit.

Alex and his assistant did an excellent job installing our new high‑efficiency furnace, AC system, and a separate mini‑split for our second floor. The entire project took three days, and they handled installation with professionalism and attention to detail.

They took care of everything — running new lines, installing the pad and disconnect box, setting up the filter box and humidifier, and installing a smart thermostat that works perfectly with the new system. The mini‑split is super quiet and has made a huge difference in comfort.

Alex communicated clearly and made sure everything was functioning as it should before wrapping up. I’m happy with the results and would absolutely recommend him for any HVAC work.
