I’ve been using Gorjanc for years in each home I’ve owned and I always recommend. I called yesterday and they were able to fit me in same day and when our issue couldn’t be resolved (due to needing a part) They fit us back in this morning to complete the job and get our furnace back up and running. Our service technician Chris M was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and most of all accommodating. I greatly appreciate the service he provided! 5/5⭐️

I was in need of a new furnace and humidifier. When the estimate was provided, the details were clear and all questions answered. Scheduling was easy. After the work was completed, the area was thoroughly cleaned. Very happy with my decision to go with Gorganc!

Sorry for the late review, I got a furnace put in by Justin/Kyle they were amazing. They were quiet, organized, and wouldn’t leave until everything was working properly. I thank them so much for great customer service!

Our furnace, A/C and hot water tank all were aged and needed to be replaced. We met with four different local companies and Gorjanc easily made the top of the list for many reasons, but primarily their professionalism and extensive knowledge about their products. They communicated efficiently and effectively, making us aware of what to expect for their first visit to gather information to prepare a quote. No other company that visited us came as prepared and were as precise with measurements and asking us questions to make sure that our needs were being met. The installation was done by a crew of very kind and considerate workers who also communicated well and walked us through everything once completed to show us everything and answer our questions. They never seemed in a hurry to finish the job and they cleaned everything up without a trace of any work being done or equipment being removed.It was obvious they were confident in the installation process and worked cohesively as a team. Gorjanc is a solid company who stands behind their products and services. It was a large, much needed investment in our home and we are grateful we found a trustworthy group of professionals to help us make a difficult decision. Thank you Gorjanc!

Update: problem came back, Midje was amazing came back twice in one day! Everything was working, then few hours later problem is back! They are coming back today, not sure what the problem is, but the interaction with everyone and their responsiveness is amazing! Let’s hope it is fixed today!
After struggling with my tankless water heater for a week and hundreds of dollars with a different company and still no resolution, I called Gorjanc. Don got me same day appointment on a Saturday. Scott and Levi showed up at my door and ran multiple tests and got my hot water and water pressure back! Not only were they professional and knew their stuff, but they were also very personable! Thank you so much

Pete was the sales person. He did a great job explaining everything and making sure to answer our questions. Max and Joey did the installation of our new HVAC system. They did a fantastic job and all 3 including the people over the phone where some of the best customer service skills I've encountered in a long time. It really felt like we were dealing with people who knows how to do their jobs. I'm glad they had multiple types of service. I hope this becomes our one stop shop. Fantastic introduction to our home. Great Job. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Gorjanc has taken care of the systems in our home for over a decade. We have never had an unpleasant experience. Today was exemplary. They arrived with 30 minutes of an emergency call. They assessed the situation and described two approaches thoroughly and in non technical language. They solved the problem at an equitable cost. The technician was exceptionally pleasant, low key and well spoken

Justin and his team came with a plan to install state of the art gas furnace in a 102 year old home with all its challenges. Install went smoothly and very happy.

Second time (in two days) ever using Gorjanc, and still I'm impressed. They fit us in on a "rush" braided metal water line for our new fridge. Everyone was so nice, welcoming and approachable. They share details of the work being done and were fast, effective and very willing to answer any questions. We already are going to use them for more work. Every contractor should be this organized. Yes, you get what you pay for but to be honest I want no issues, trouble or any regrets. They are the top of my "go-to" now.

Upon arriving home from vacation, we found out our furnace was broken. Called Gorjanc and had Mike Soeder come out to take a look. That day he gave us a competitive quote and we were lucky enough to have a new furnace installed the next day. Greg and Zach were extremely professional, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. We are happy to have a warm cozy home again. Can't recommend them all enough!

Gorjanc services are professional, reliable and efficient. Mhij did an excellent job repairing our shower (including explaining what he did and why, and ways we can help maintain things on our end to prolong the lifespan of the repairs). This our second time having Gorjanc come into our home (for separate services), and we plan to continue using them from here on out.

Customer service not helpful- at all.. Not proactive with their service plan. We have used this team for years and I am likely to switch to another company.

To be fair, the person who came to the house was excellent and this has typically been the case. I really do trust the people who come out. 1 star for customer service and the service plan. 4-5 stars for the on-site technician. Why I recorded 2 stars

There are no words to express how grateful I am for these guys! Greg and Joseph are amazing!! They worked non-stop installing my new furnace and AC - and the weather was cold and rainy! They communicated throughout the entire process and their work was immaculate! They even fixed my hot water tank that was leaking, which was installed by someone else. They are such a blessing! If you need any HVAC repairs or new installation, this is the place to go! The entire staff - Dawn, Paul and Mike are awesome! The owner even came out to check the beginning of the installation. Just absolutely clean work!

Installation team show up on time and well prepared. Each person knew what to do. They worked well as a team. Both were craftsmen. One of the owners even showed up to help for a bit. Great attention to detail in all aspects including leaving the work area clean. Graciously took the time to answer any questions I had throughout the process.

Justin and his coworker installed a new furnace for me. They arrived on time, were super friendly and polite. I appreciated too that Justin was a dog lover so he didn’t mind my energetic dog greeting him enthusiastically. Justin was very knowledgeable and explained the work beforehand and answered any questions I had. I am extremely satisfied with all the hard work Justin put in installing my furnace.

Gorjanc did a fantastic job of servicing my furnace in an emergency situation with my heat going out at 3 AM in the morning. Lamar was my technician. He was friendly, very informative and walked me through all that he was doing to the furnace. He was fantastic.

We had them install our furnace, and AC in October. They did a Fantastic Job!!! Today we had Chase Peck out to do a toilet repair, he went above and beyond!!! What a Great Company!!! I will be calling them again and definitely will spread the word to anyone needing a HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical Company. Max and his crew installed 4 mini split ac/ heaters in our Shaker Hts home this week. They were polite, professional, worked together, and cleaned up beautifully. We also got a new water heater installed. I highly recommend Gorjanc.
