While in the middle of a remodel of my home I hired Alex to replace a lot of my supply lines, returns and stack from the furnace because it was 50+ years old. Alex took control and knew exactly what to do and did everything I asked for.
I have had Alex over to do Preventative maintenance on my AC and furnace as well just to make sure my family wasn't uncomfortable.
Definitely recommend him as he is a great guy and family man to his wife and kids.

John and his team were outstanding and we will be doing business with them again in the future. They got our install scheduled within a few weeks after the first visit for our quote, and the actual install was done in two days. They were respectful and thoughtful while in our home (covered shoes, didn't make a mess and cleaned up all areas promptly) and the LG ductless mini splits they installed are working beautifully in our 100-year old home - we especially love the LG art cool gallery. My Tech, Jomo, was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. Answered all my questions. He also pointed out signs of potential issues that didn’t have to do with my repair but may become bigger issues down the road so I could preemptively get them taken care of.

Jordan Wulf and Greg Gorjanc were awesome and they did amazing work. I'm very appreciative of their timeliness and professional workmanship. I highly recommend Gorjanc to others, and they are one of two Daikin Comfort Pro Certified and trained professionals within the greater Cleveland area. Our family chose the Daikin Fit VSS17 and Daikin Furnace and Air Handler as the replacement to our old R-22 system and furnace. So far, the house has been nice and cool, as well as more consistent temperature throughout without changing my registers as much like I used to before. I'm sure that the winter will be nice and cozy for my family and I, so I just have to thank the Gorjanc team, especially Jordan and Greg for doing outstanding work. I hope other people can use this business with peace of mind as they provided the best quote for package I was looking for and the work was stellar! See pictures I provided.

I know your pain, your air conditioner heating has gone out. You don't know who to call you. Don't know what to do. Your neighbors aren't home they can give your reference. I CAN. I have no reason to laud these people. I called them and I hope in a dream of past experiences of golfing with the founder at Briardale golf course in Euclid. I also golfed with his son, Greg. Beat him by one stroke one time. If you ever, ever ever, need heating ventilating and air-conditioning and you need an honest purveyor of those services., You will do yourself well by calling them. They are nothing to me, other than an experience of 40 years ago, and today's experience based on a name. But their promise then was a reality now and I am so fortunate to have remembered the name. As you should be. Family owned family operated family values that you cannot find anywhere else. Do yourself a favor, service installation whatever call them first because they are the best. Not just my experience. The old man was a force.

Salesman, Pete is extremely knowledgeable in the HVAC field. I had several people out to give me quotes turning out what they were going to sell me would not perform as expected .Gorjanc took the time to actually calculate what would be the best case scenario and came up with a system designed specifically for my home.

The installers Max and Joey did an amazing job!! I could not have asked for a nicer crew or a better job. I must say I was sick when I saw what todays prices are, so having such a professional install and a system that operates better than expected makes it easier to accept today’s pricing.

Gorjanc is fantastic! I’ve had them replace and maintain my hot water heater and my HVAC system. They’re kind, courteous, and efficient!

My boiler was giving me all sorts of problems (80 degree bedrooms type of problems). My rep was amazing! Took the time to run various tests to confirm the issue and resolve it rapidly. Good company! I highly recommend them.

I investigated several HVAC companies before settling on using Gorjanc Home Services to purchase a new heating/cooling system for our home. Mike Soeder measured every room in our house to make sure that the furnace and air conditioner were properly sized. Greg and Zach did a fantastic job of removing the old furnace, air conditioner and humidifier and installing the new equipment. They took the time to answer my questions as they worked, and made sure that I understood how to operate the equipment before they left. I highly recommend Gorjanc Home Services.

Jerry came out to the house this past Saturday for a busted pipe. He was late, but anyway he looked at the area where the pipe was busted. I was expecting a little bit more since it was a diagnostic test and we had to pay for it. Anyway, I guess Jerry did the best he could do.

Max and Jordan and their team did an excellent job with the recent replacement of my air conditioners and furnaces. They exhibited professionalism in how they removed the old equipment and installed the new, along with the cleanup and explanation of usage and my options. Highly recommended.

Also, in a separate visit, Daniel did an excellent job diagnosing issues w/ my old water heater and replacing it within a few hours. Very professional cleanup and installation. Highly recommended.

From estimate to job completion Gorjanc proved to be a quality provider of service for ‘mechanical’ needs of the home.
The estimate to replace our 27 year old furnace was quick and fair. All questions were answered, options were provided with absolutely no pressure to take higher cost options or ‘deals’ that were ‘today only’. We weighed our options vs needs and chose what we could comfortably afford but yet getting a quality product installed in a reasonable time.
I was pleasantly surprised that installation would be available well before cooler weather set-in. Several options were offered and we chose what would work best for us with no pressure.
Installation day arrived and we received a message outlining not only the time we could expect the installers to arrive but the name and experience of the installer who would be heading-up the job. They arrived minutes earlier that expected! After introductions he walked us through the process and got to it.
It seemed like a long day to me but they completed the job keeping us posted as things progressed and finished with smiles in their faces. We were walked through what was accomplished and what was expected of us to keep it working properly. Instructions were given; questions answered. We were astounded at the cleanliness of the workspace after completion. The only proof that they were here is a shiny, new, quiet, high-efficiency furnace.
To say we are pleased is not giving the installers and the company their due. The entire experience proved to us that we chose the right people to replace a critical piece of equipment in our home. Many thanks and much appreciation to Gorjanc for their outstanding service.

Our furnace went out the weekend before Thanksgiving and we were in a panic as we were hosting. Gorjanc came out on Sunday to inspect and by Tuesday at noon, we had a new furnace and our house was comfortable again! Nate and Justin our installers worked efficiently, quickly and were so kind! They got our furnace up and running with no hitches and got us a warm house! Thank you Gorjanc for saving Thanksgiving for our family!

This was the best service experience from any plumber I’ve ever had. Jerry and Deonte were knowledgeable, friendly, get the work done, left everything spotless. I got estimates for many other home improvement projects and got solid guidance on how yo approach these improvements. This was an emergency service and I hog do much value out of it. I could not have been more satisfied. A true family business with great values.

But once invested in the diagnostic fee it was tough to decline with the issue being taking care of my 97 year old mom’s house
