Got a complete HVAC system (Carrier) replaced in our rental property in Lyndhurst, OH in July 2024. Worked with Hector and his team for the quote and installation. Smooth process, Hector provided before and after pictures, kept me informed about the installation and everything went smoothly. Highly recommended for all your HVAC needs.

He even identified a few issues I wouldn’t have noticed, explained what needed attention, and gave clear options for next steps. I really appreciate the professionalism and attention to detail — highly recommend!

Marty at Greene Home Heating and Cooling is the best! He is knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, respectful, and does an amazing job. I have the package that covers a semiannual check of my furnace and AC. Marty’s check of my AC included tips on protecting my AC in the winter as well as how to keep it clean. Marty just came out for my furnace check and discovered an issue with the furnace overheating. He did some troubleshooting and was able to find and address the issue on the spot- keeping me from having issues once it gets cold enough to run the furnace. Marty also took the time to evaluate my current setup and provided me a number of quotes on options, taking the time to explain thoroughly the differences and what might be better options for me in the future. No hard sell but I am now armed with the information I need to make good decisions!

I am sooo impressed with this company. Hector came out within 2 days of me calling about my issues of a great room that doesn't cool with our central air. He was so personable and knowledgeable and gave us a great price compared to other estimates we got from local companies. Cody and Ian (I think those were the installers.. I'm terrible with names) did such a fantastic and super quick job putting in the unit and showing me how to use it. I'm a NEAT freak and they left literally zero mess. You'd never even know they were here if it wasn't for the nice, cool great room. Highly recommend and would give more than 5 stars if I could!!!

I recently had a new furnace and AC installed by this company, and everything turned out nicely. The guys that came were fast and efficient. When they left they were thorough on instructions of what they did. The company even followed up with me a week later. After going through hell with another company I am using on a home addition, it was a breath of fresh air to come across Green!

Martin was our technician and he was beyond excellent. He was very thorough and not only resolved our problem but had good tips and information regarding our furnace. We will definitely be using you guys in the future for all HVAC needs.

The price was also great since we got a flyer in the mail for an inspection. Thank you!!!

this HVAC supply company will leave you stranded even if they have the parts available for your furnace. I needed a part for my furnace on this cold day (igniter) and I was told by a male that they will not make a sale because they only sell to contractors. Thanks…
