Great experience all around. Sales guy Hector was prompt and transparent throughout the process helping find the solution that fit my budget.

Installation by Cody and Wassim was perfect. They not only got our heating and air system installed they anticipated and addressed things that needed to be done and for no extra charge. They were professional and knowledgeable, leaving our home immaculate at the end of the very day and at the end of the job. After the install, they thoroughly assessed and tested every part of the whole house system and ducts. A+++ job!

Due to last week's tornados, no electric and spotty phone service it took awhile to connect but once Michael called me, Hector called 2 hrs. later and Cody and his assistant Michael were there next morning and in 1 and a half hour later I had a new water heater. Cody was professional, efficient and friendly. Mike just kept working until finished. The advance team of Michael and Hector were stellar. Oh did I mention Gabriel Cody's boss brought a tool so they were finished in the two hrs. .promised. I will definitely be recommending this outstanding company.

Green home heating and cooling is an amazing company. It was great working with Hector my salesman.There is no pressure.He is very professional, informative and if you need to contact him for any reason he will reply very quickly. The installers, Cody and his team did an outstanding job removing my old hvac unit and worked very hard installing my new carrier infinity system. Cody answered all my questions and walked me through how to use my infinity system. Afterwards they did a great job cleaning up. Highly recommended.

We just replaced our HVAC system in our house (built in 1908) with new Carrier units installed by Green Home Heating and Cooling. We could not be more pleased with the professionalism, attention to detail, respect and care that the technicians exhibited. Cody, Ian and Bernie were top notch. Hector was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. He is very genuine and we feel very comfortable with our purchase. We would definitely recommend them to our friends and family.

Hector the salesman was very professional and helpful. Installation was done very well, clean and professionally. Installers helped me setup the thermostat and everything has been working great.

Hector was great. He made the process easy for us to make a decision on our central air unit. We were originally scheduled to have our unit installed a week after we received our estimate. Hector called us the next day with an opening that became available that week. We was so grateful for that. The guys that came to install the unit was very polite and friendly. My wife and I were treated with the utmost respect. They came in the morning on time and well-dressed in their uniforms. Green Home did an excellent job installing my new HVAC equipment. It is tricky to figure out who to trust with these larger projects, but these guys were nice and trustworthy straight away. I didn’t feel like I was getting a forceful sales pitch but like they really cared about the unit I would choose. The men who installed it were nice and efficient. And when I had an issue with my thermostat they had it fixed the same day for no extra charge. They really seem to care about their customers even after the purchase is finalized. I highly recommend them if you are in the market for a new furnace or air conditioner!

Very professional and quick install of our furnace,humidifier, and A/C unit. Cody and Waseem were thorough and answered any questions we had. Removed our old units and lines. Installed new pipeline for high efficiency furnace and new ac lines, along with making sure the new unit was close to the house. Highly recommend. Hector was also great to go thru with the sale of the products and made us feel at ease with the company and products purchased.

Hector was amazing throughout the whole process of installing AC in my home in 2023. He answered all my calls and made sure I was satisfied throughout the install process. When I had an issue 2 days ago, he immediately followed up to see what the issue was. Marty was at my house to assist within 30 minutes of calling and I had AC again 10 minutes after his arrival.

I will continue to use Green Home Heating and Cooling for any other AC or heating needs I have. You have great employees on your hands!

We had a new furnace and AC unit installed in May of 2020, install was alright. Once we started using the AC regularly it became evident that something was not quite right, our house would not cool down past 74 & the AC unit would freeze constantly. After several service calls every summer about this same issue with no resolution, only an assurance that everything was working fine (despite a lack of thorough diagnostics)- I gave up & called a new HVAC contractor. Happy to report my AC unit is now functioning appropriately, after 5 years of going back & forth with Green Home with no solutions.

He followed up consistently, helped set up financing, and guided me through every step. The entire process of finalizing the quote and scheduling the work ran like clockwork.

I specifically requested their best HVAC engineer for the job, and they sent Cody—who was simply outstanding. His workmanship was meticulous: the lines, pipes, and wiring were impeccable; the furnace panels were scratch-free; and the thermostats were perfectly leveled. Each day, he left the work area clean and tidy.

What truly impressed me was Cody’s dedication—after finishing early on the last day, he waited an hour and a half just so he could meet me after work and personally walk me through the operation of the new HVAC units and intelligent thermostats.

The staffs and managers are very professional, our unit needed to be installed in a 13th floor of the bldg.. It was a monumental task and they really exceeded our expectations. We needed an electrician to complete the job and they took care of it. After the installation, they followed up few times to ensure the unit was working properly.
