Found RJ because I wanted a Bryant furnace and their customer ratings were very good. They installed the new furnace 9/13/2022. I have to say the fit and finish of the installation was spot-on! The installers were courteous, knowledgeable, and explained the new functionality very well. RJ's owner checked in during the install indicating the company takes their customer service seriously. I recommend RJ without hesitation.

Update July 29, 2023
Needed some AC refrigerant added in June and the guys responded promptly. They came back yesterday and checked pressures to make sure things were operating at peak efficiency. RJ Heating and Cooling is a top service company.

Our furnace is 3 stage 95 plus efficiency. It must be complicated because numerous technicians have repaired and serviced it over the past 10 years. Chris, our last technician made adjustments to correct a problem that has been causing errors and shut downs since installation. This guy really knows his stuff.

The technician that came out was very friendly. He took the time to explain the ins and outs of our boilers and how it functions and might have fixed a problem for us that's been ongoing for a couple of years now. We look forward to continuing to do business with this company.

Rich and his crew installed two new furnaces for us and they did a great job. From the being to complete they were professional and the quality of work was great and when they finished you couldn’t even tell a contractor worked in the area. These guys walked in to an old building so it wasn’t going to be the easiest job and we wanted to keep the appearance as close to the same as possible. They are very concerned about the work they did and not only did the install guys double check before leaving with us the owner himself checked on the install and followed up. They are for sure my go to guys if any other problems arise. Thank you!

Very detailed inspection and estimate. Able to get me fixed within 1 week. Worked with me on the price. Excellent work by Joe. He got done faster than anticipated. Very clean when he left. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a HVAC job.

Super responsive and helpful- scheduled a same day appointment

From my first experience with RJ Heating and Cooling, I thought they did a great job. The guys were very knowledgeable about furnaces Especially the 30+-year-old unit that I have. The guys were really friendly also. We had a great conversation while they were repairing my furnace. And the best part is they charged me a lot less than I expected to pay. I definitely recommend them.

Staff was extremely easy to work with. The heating system stopped on Thursday and a new one installed on Monday. (The old heater worked up until the new one was installed so I was not without heat, Not sure why it stopped on the coldest days but was happy to have it replaced so quickly) I also knew I had to replace but waiting until winter was over. As far work the area was let clean with all waste removed. I was instructed on operation of new items and all questions were answered completely. Loved the service.

Never an issue with RJ! Easy to schedule a service call; bumped my appointment up by 24 hours for same day repair. Employee Mo is top notch; very knowledgeable! Tight crawl space no problem for this Company! Recommended to other building condo owners!

The company is unorganized and unprofessional. I called them to come out to fix a mini split that was spitting water out when it was running. The technician arrived and said he needed a warmer day to evaluate. The company sent another technician out the following week. However, he claimed the company sent him out without proper equipment - in this case, a ladder. I called the company and the dispatcher told me they couldn’t send another technician for 5 more days. I told them that was unacceptable and I wanted to hear from a manager. I never heard back from them. I called another company who was able to fix the issue within 30 minutes. It was a simple clog which was addressed by a basic cleaning. The company charged me a $155 “service fee” which I’m disputing with my credit card company but they are contesting is a valid charge.

The guys were great. polite. On time. Respectful. Did a good job. Replaced my water heater. Went 5 days without hot water. They said they would come and were there early. Two young men. I only got Kenny's name. I would use their service again. 😊

Our church has been working with RJ Heating & Cooling Co. for three years now. The technicins have been consistantly punctual, fix the problem in one visit and always leave a clean work area. They are friendly and communicate well with the customer as well as their main office. We have been pleased with their work.

Chris, the serviceman couldn't have been more personable! He was very thorough and answered all my questions. He unfortunately gave me news I really didn't want to hear, but explained everything to me. I was completely satisfied with his professionalism and his knowledge of the situation. I have to figure out what my next move will be. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone requiring Heating and Cooling services!

On Thursday, one of the technician came out, apparently we couldn't determine why our church heater wouldn't blow heat. He quickly troubleshoot the issue and resolved it. He was on time and friendly. Happy with the service.

The installer for my new hot water tank was outstanding. He did such a great job with piping and left us with a beautiful tank replacing our 14 year old unit. I would recommend this company to anyone needing this service.

We have been loyal customers since early 1970s. They are very professional, prompt, & always truthful. No matter what issues need addressed they always try to find the right solution. They never leave till everything is running smooth & we are satisfied. Great company with great people who actually care about their customers!

Christopher fixed the leaky furnace and explained the fix. He also showed me how to adjust my vents in the basement so that I might lower my heating bills. He is obviously very knowledgeable about heating and cooling. He provided great customer service!

I can say this. I have a 20 year old radiant floor heating system that I’ve had trouble finding a heating contractor familiar with working on or even providing me an alternative method to replace it with. This contractor sent a technician out who tried but was not successful. When they realized I was not completely satisfied they contacted ME ! They returned-repaired the issue and provided me with an alternative heating solution with a fair and realistic market price. Customer Service-Check! Quality Of Work-Check! I had a flood in my basement from all the rain. The water damaged the thermocouple in my water tank. I called RJ Heating and Cooling yesterday afternoon, they were able to get me taken care of my 9:30 in the morning the next day. I would recommend these guys to anyone. I have used them in the past to install a new boiler in my home, as well as when I worked in the restaurant industry. The technician was on time, professional,courteous and very knowledgeable. He waited after the job was complete to ensure proper function of the water heater. Definitely 5 🌟 .
