Tried to get a whole home gen quote. Showed up an hour and a half late for the consultation/quote appt. Promised a quote 2-3 days later. Followed up three times in the past week and cannot get a call back. They were a Cummins referral, need to let them know as well.

Excellent Heating and Cooling company! Prompt reply to our requests. The techs always find and fix any issues with professionalism and courtesy. I appreciate that they leave everything cleaned up and in place after their departure. Our go to for all our HVAC needs, including routine filter changes!

Our Air Conditioner was not working properly. So we placed call to Conserv-Air and they dispatched a service tech who arrived at our home at the estimated time. The young service tech found the problem and fix our unit rather quickly.He then checked out a few of our electrical panels and found an issue with one of our panels. Now we need to call an electrician, because the issue needs quick attention. Thanks to the Conserv-Air tech for pointing out a potential serious issue. The Conserv-Air Techs are very knowledgeable, through and efficient.

Bryce provided exceptional service today and truly went above and beyond. Not only did he quickly and efficiently fix our furnace problems, but he also took the time to explain how to identify potential issues in the future. On top of that, he was incredibly friendly, gave special attention to my dog, and even carried my heavy packages inside from the porch. Impeccable service combined with genuine kindness is hard to beat. Thank you for getting our heat back on so quickly!

Same day service! Everything from my call to the repaired furnace (no heat) was great. The technician arrived early and was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. He’s the best.
We had them put in a new 90% Lennox Furnace, Humidifier and Air Conditioner a few years ago and are extremely pleased with the results.

Was having trouble with the furnace. Called ConservAir and scheduled the annual clean and check. Found the blower motor was bad. Our technician Bryce ordered the necessary parts to replace the 25 year old blower assembly and returned later to install. Bryce did a very nice job and I highly recommend him.

6 stars if I could! Joe and his team are my first choice in HVAC needs every time. Joe is highly competent, extremely knowledgeable, and most importantly - a man of integrity. I have used Conserv-Air on several projects, and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.

Conserv Air has worked on my furnace for years. Then my furnace almost burnt my house down. My breaker box was the cause. They came in & replaced everything. Always RIGHT HERE When I need them! I recommend them to everyone ! Thank you conserv air, one less thing I have to worry about because I know your guys are there for me, all the time.

I ordered a small part from this company on 12/21/23 and was finally able to get an answer today telling me that they shut down for the holiday and I will have my part 1/5/24. I was hoping for a new reliable supplier, will continue looking.

They had my parts and provided full support - I'm thrilled! My humidifier was made in Canada and it's about half a decade old and needed a new filter/cylinder and other small parts. HVAC BRAIN to the rescue. They knew my unique foreign humidifier and HAD THE PARTS. They are a godsend. Thank you. Dry winter won't be a problem here. My home is steady at 45% humidity. Perfect climate control.

Rich and his team came to my rescue when my commercial boiler literally melted and needed a replacement in the dead of winter. They were professional, timely and provided great service. They made a VERY cold and difficult situation as easy as possible and I would highly recommend them.

We were solving a problem that dated to our installation over a year ago. But Buddy, our service tech, was energetic in diagnosing the problem, explaining his thinking, calling in for confirmation, getting us some missing manuals on line and setting things right. Much appreciated.

I had my thermostat replaced and boiler inspected and serviced.Service was performed professionally and efficiently! RJ is my go-to heating company. My only concern was that just like everywhere post-pandemic, they are short-staffed, so I had to waita while to get on the schedule. I expect that will improve as time passes.

I purchased a tankless water heater to replace an old traditional tank water heater and had it installed by R J Heating & Cooling Co. I could not had a better experience with this company. The entire process from discussing product options through the install was handled perfectly. I received a thorough explanation of the benefits/drawbacks of both types of systems (tankless and traditional) along with a detailed estimate for each (which were very fair in comparison to other companies) After weighing out options, my wife and I decided to go with the tankless system for our family. The installation was also very thorough and professional. The gentlemen explained what they were doing and always asked for my consent before proceeding with anything related to plumbing, venting, etc. Overall, I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality product, outstanding installation and excellent service.

We have used RJ for about 20 years. They always do a good job. We have never been diss appointed. This visit was out hot water tank stopped heating. They came the same day, found a part and got it fixed the same day. Thank you RJ … no cold showers for me!

Ryan and Joe did an amazing job, they made sure everything was working properly and knew exactly what they were doing!! We love our new unit and highly recommend R J Heating and Cooling, The owner, Rich knew what unit would work for us and he was right, you can trust him, he will not steer you wrong! I also want to mention, even after the job was completed, he contacted us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction; I’m happy to say, it definitely is, our sunroom finally is comfortable instead of being hot, our old unit didn’t cool that room like it did the rest of the house since it was originally installed 23 years ago by a different company. Now with our new unit we can now enjoy our sunroom too, thanks to Rich’s recommendation!

Quality minded professionals through and through and excellent customer service. I had a new furnace and AC installed as well as a new tankless hot water heater. Both systems are performing much more efficiently and better than the units they replaced not to mention endless hot water is awesome. The Technicians were prompt, friendly and explained all the details and operation of the new units. I highly recommend RJ Heating and Cooling!
