Brian was prompt and arrived just when he said he would. He and his partner were very polite and understanding during the entire repair job. He only charged me for the service call, but managed to get the furnace running for me, and explained exactly what was wrong and what would eventually need repaired/replaced. He additionally ensured my space heater was operable even though that was not part of the service call. He went above and beyond for me--providing outstanding service for a very reasonable fee. I highly recommend Brian at NEO HVAC.

Brian and his team was great! They found us the right A/C units at a great price and got them installed quickly! When they were done everything was cleaned up and looked better than they found it! I will definitely use them again!

We called Conserve-Air because we needed our furnace serviced and cleaned. We scheduled our appt. and they told me they would be there between 8-12. The best part was the same day that I made our appt I received an email with not only the date, but also the name and a picture of the tech that would be coming to our house. This was really impressive to me. Nick called me the morning of our appt at about 8:30 and told me he would be there in about 15 min, which he was. Once Nick got here he was very professional and informative. He not only cleaned and serviced the furnace, but also explained that we have a 2 stage furnace and only a 1 stage thermostat, so they are not communicating properly to heat the house. He offered to fix the problem that day and gave me a price right away. I told him that I needed to discuss with my husband first which was not a problem. We are going to have the problem fixed and we will be using Conserve-Air and Nick to do it. Thank you for a great experience.

We recently had our fall/winter check up done by Bill and the Conserv-Air team. Bill was courteous, friendly, professional and provided our service call in a quick and clean manner. Would highly recommend and will use for all of our future heating and cooling needs.

I see a lot of 5 stars so just my experience with them as of December 2018.

We have an issue with our furnace as most people do this time of year. Conserv Air came out within the day to check on the issue. The older man came and mentioned he would give us a quote and it wouldn’t have to be completely replaced with a few parts and a new thermostat.

After a couple of days I got a call from the company that they were coming out.. but never received the quote beforehand. They said they would call the guy who did come out to see what needs serviced and get back to us. A week passed by without an answer. I call the guy directly and he answers confusingly and without really sounding like he cares it will get fixed or not and tells me that he will get the quote to us sometime that night.

Once again we do not hear from them for another week. We are normally pretty patient and understand, but from this type of service we have received from them has been awful at best. And we live less than a mile from the place ...

We called the office one more time a few days ago to ask what the issue was with the quote and they acted like they didn’t know who we were and said they would check into it for us and get back to us. Guess what.. they didn’t.

Just a warning this place may have been good but their communication between their tech and sales people are awful. We normally don’t leave reviews but had to for this... we had to find another company much further with a lot better service.

Yearly A/C check went perfectly. I’ve used this company for 8 years and always pleased.

Overall was a good experience. Company was on time and was determined to find the problem . In which they did and repaired it, i was satisfied with the work. My Dog even liked the repair guy.

I was really impressed by this company. They came out very fast and I felt like I could trust the technician and his honest advice. Highly recommend.

AC stopped working and the next a tech named Bryce showed and fixed the AC in literally 15mins. Was expecting to told the whole hvac needed to be replaced and it turns out it was a simple issue. Also appreciated the pre-call before arrival.

HIGHLY recommend Conserv-Air. Conserv-Air came recommended to me and they did not disappoint! They came out quickly and the gentleman was so kind and helpful. He took the time to make sure all of my questions were answered and also provided me with very helpful information. I will undoubtedly be calling them again should I need my furnace looked at!

Bill has been our service pro for several years. He is always prompt & courteous. He explains in detail any problems with our units & the repairs are always done in a timely manner. Thank you so much for your excellent service. Every single person from Conserv-Air was fantastic- from receptionist to technicians to sales people to install team. They took the time to answer our questions, they always called to let us know the progress and the new AC unit/mini split is great. The installation team was so professional, too. These guys were great! Called this morning and Joey was onsite the same day to fix my furnace. They even had to pickup a part to complete the repair and still had this done within a few hours. Overall great service and would highly recommend Conserv-Air!

Amazing business. My technician, Dan went above and beyond with my repair call. He was straight to business and was so open about what he was doing and what was going on. Not only did he get my ac back on and working better than ever, he taught me a lot too! I will definitely be a repeat customer! Wonderful experience, good service and an extremely competitive price.
