They arrived early, worked efficiently and were super professional. I was comfortable In my home with them there which is super important to me. They were friendly and explained how to use my new product. They also demonstrated usage to make sure I understood fully. They cleaned up their items and removed all of my old items. They also answered all of my repeated questions and did not become annoyed with my anxiousness. I used a different company for almost 10 years and switched to Hardin. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants great honest service provider.

I would recommend Jacob to absolutely anyone in the Cleveland area. He provided quick, excellent service to our furnace and brought it upon himself to answer questions and teach us basic maintenance. This is the best HVAC service I've ever worked with. They quickly diagnosed the problem with my furnace, found replacement parts and fixed it same day, and the fee was very reasonable. The communication was perfect, I got a heads-up message that they were on the way, great updates along the way, and yeah just everything was great. Stop looking! Hire these people!

Jacob and his team are absolutely phenomenal; I won't have anyone else touch our HVAC now. They've helped us with our hot water heater, they've installed brand new AC unit and furnace and helped with duct work. Jacob is honest but very kind, knowledgeable and down to earth- you know youre talking to a real person who cares about his customers and his work- not just another salesman looking to make money. He's willing to work with people around their budget and to fit all of their needs which was a huge plus for us, considering we were quoted $18k-$30k from other big name companies. With Hardin Bros we got better service, better care and spent well under half of what it would've cost us anywhere else. He's the absolute best, we won't go to anyone else from now on. 10/10 recommend! Hardin Bros have customers for life with us!
