Our furnace broke right as we were trying to sell our house. The temperature was in the teens all week. I gave Mike a call and he and his son Chris came out the next morning (Saturday) and temporarily got heat to the house until they could get us a new furnace. They came back that Monday and installed it at a very reasonable price. Very professional. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Thanks Mike and Chris!

Mike Walchanowicz hasn’t done service in our home since 2011. We have called over the years for his service and due to a miscommunication/process and handling on the banks behalf, he was to wait for payment (which he did receive his money in full payment), will not provide us service. My mother and I have called and he was extremely unpleasant by hanging up on us and never answering the phone. If he was to just allow us to explain the miscommunication, things could have been resolved. I would never do business with this man with his lack of unprofessionalism.

Reasonable prices and helpful service. Had an issue a few months after servicing and he walked me through how to fix it over the phone, rather then try to charge me for a visit. I definitely appreciated that.

Cold called me with a vm, tried reaching back stating it might be a wrong number. Receptionist at headquarters then proceeded to banter about me to a coworker in a disrespectful manner likely thinking I was on hold. Then after confirming with said coworker who likely called me transferred me to him without a word…very disrespectful experience that I didnt even initiate.

one of your contractors cut me off on the highway (with no turn signal) and proceeded to brake check me 3 separate times. he has no caution for anybody on the roadway and if this continues he will kill somebody. DO BETTER ohio lic number 28482

Jacob is on time. Jacob is efficient. Jacob is reliable. Jacob is knowledgeable and goes the extra mile. Jacob has fair rates and does a fantastic job of educating you on your service. I also trust Jacob based on our previous completed jobs- I use his services for all of my HVAC needs. I give him a five star review.

We highly recommend Hardin brothers. Jacob has replaced our furnace and been out for other minor issues. Jacob is knowledgeable about all aspects of hvac, with safety being his main priority. He is honest and reasonable. We have had 2 other hvac companies in the past, and Jabob has impressed us the most. He is the only person we call when we have an issue.
