Called a 3:30 am on a Saturday with no heat. By the following morning Mr. Miguel was in our house addressing the problem. Even though the unit was now running, he already knew what the issue was. He addressed it promptly and explained in detail what he did. He was extremely professional and very thorough. Totally recommend their services.

Caraballo Heating and Air provided excellent service to me when my furnace went out completely.
Miguel installed the part that was needed in order to get my furnace running again.
In addition, Miguel informed me about the necessary safety precautions concerning my furnace.

Like a well-oiled machine! When I woke up this January morning, our furnace was blowing only cold air. I called Caraballo and, shortly after lunch they had everything resolved--cleaned a flame sensor and reset the system. They were fast, efficient, courteous, and the repair charge didn't break the bank.

Caraballo Heating and Air Conditioning was fantastic. Ended up getting a new 97% furnace and hot water heater installed by them. Miguel and crew were professional and very involved helping me figure out my best options in my very old house. The crew, Ryan, Abby and Eric were great guys too and did excellent work. A+ service and reasonable pricing. I hope I don't need any more work done but without question, I would use Caraballo again.

I went to bed and my furnace was working. Woke up this morning and it wouldn't ignite. Miguel Caraballo was referred to me by a friend, and I am glad he was! It ended up being a "simple" fix, it needed a new igniter, but it was a repair I couldn't do myself. He sent a guy out within a few hours and I'm back up and running the same day, before 11 am. I discovered at 6:30 a.m. that my furnace was not working. I called and the owner himself, Miguel answered the phone. Later that morning in the time frame that Miguel promised one of his technicians , Joe Malave came. Joe was very polite, knowledgeable, explained everything to me and got us back up and running. We talked about cost up front but when he was done I had to ask him if that was their regular charges because it was absolutely less than I was expecting. Based on this experience I will certainly be calling Caraballo for my future HVAC service and system maintenance. Thank you Joe and Miguel!

I cannot praise Miguel, Abigail, Eric and the Caraballo team enough. My hot water tank blew and within literally a few short hours, it was completely replaced and we had hot water again. I gave Richie a call in June to come out and inspect the AC units for our small cluster of townhomes. He is very knowledgeable, and you can tell he is passionate about the job he does and wanting to get it done right without ripping the customer off. I spoke with the other owners of the townhomes, and they were all very pleased. I have since needed him to come out again to resolve an issue with my HVAC system, and he was able to come out the same week, which I very much appreciated. I most certainly plan on using Ohio City Heating and Cooling for all my HVAC needs.

When I say Ritchie is a lifesaver it’s truly an understatement. Besides being one of the most coolest guys around he saved me a huge headache. My wife and I moved into our new home about a month ago. During the beginning of our heat wave we wake up to find our AC unit is on (fan blowing outside) but no air circulation inside. I check the outside unit and notice the line is frozen! The first HVAC company I called said they could have someone out in 4-5 days, we would’ve melted by then! I look up Ohio City H&C and get Ritchie. I explain to him my problem and also that I we have a young daughter so I really need to get this looked at. He says he’s actually in the neighborhood and could check it out. Ritchie found the problem quickly (motor went out) and was able to save my family and I from a disaster within our first month in our new home. Very reasonably priced and easily the most down to earth great person you’ll have as a repairman, guaranteed! I will be using Ritchie for all our future HVAC services! He’s one of a kind!

My heater began making screeching and knocking noise. Richie came out within an hour and determine the problem. He was able to fix the issue at a reasonable price. I am very satisfied with the product, service and the personnel. Everything was very professional. I will use this company again and will be happy to make referrals.

The owner is extremely knowledgeable and honest. I had two other companies to inspect my AC unit, both companies gave me their opinion on what the problem was . However, they never charged the unit to find the leak. That’s when I knew both companies where trying replace the 3 yr old unit versus fixing the problem,that’s when l contacted Ohio City heating an cooling. After my conversation with Ritchie I knew he was honest and knowledgeable and the diagnosis would be correct . Ritchie saved me from have to purchase a new unit. I can’t say enough about this company other than call them first before contacting anyone else.

Rich is hands down, the best in the business. Not only is he knowledgeable but he is also down to earth and honest. Even my 70 year old aunt who doesn’t trust anyone says that Rich is the best HVAC guy she’s ever had. She loves that he is honest and willing to try and fix things instead of just try to sell you a new system. I love that he is honest and very responsive. I’ve called him several times in a panic and he came out right away to check things out, fix something or just ease my concerns. I recommend him to everyone!!!

Richie came over on Christmas Eve because I woke up to no heat. IMAGINE that, on Christmas Eve!!!! He had the furnace running again in a very short time. What a wonderful man, so kind and compassionate. He charged me a fair price, even on a holiday!!!! I will be using him again for all of my furnace and air conditioner repairs and maintenance. Great Honest Professional. Best in the business won’t go anywhere else. Richard came over ripped out the telephone wire that some clown used to run my furnace and replaced it with real wire. Best part is he smiled the whole time while working on my old house. Never met anyone so happy in my life . Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You are a life saver

There was no muss no fuss .
I called Ohio city furnace repair Richie answered the phone said he'd be right over and he was .
He knew what the problem was immediately came back the next morning and repaired it in no time.
Keep in mind I called him when the shop was closing he still came right over..
No muss no fuss no drama if you want easy breezy and a professional who knows his craft very well.
Richie is the man to call I've called five different furniture repair places in the past few years three never showed up one who said 24/7 they had a call center in Canada the second one wanted me to become a member for free they said or they'll charge me double the diagnostic fee then said they would send me an email and give me a four digit code ..I mean who needs that? Nobody!
Richie is very knowledgeable professional he answers the phone comes out right away and fixes the problem!!!
Oh and another man wanted twice the diagnostic fee!
Richie might just be the last of the real professionals that's not trying to hit you over the head..
