We called on CVHA for the first time to install a new central air system in our new home and were very impressed by their professionalism and expertise. They were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They answered all of our many questions (which included a few about our hot water tank) and were the best price we could find! Quality products and service! We will continue to call on them for all our heating, air and hot water tank needs. I would highly recommend!!

Matt quickly and economically replaced the leaking shut-off valve on the gas line to my furnace, getting me up and running in no time. The gas company put new gas lines in my neighborhood and installed a new, outdoor meter to my home; but when they went to restore my service and checked all my lines, they found the leaky valve and would not turn my gas back on until it was fixed, so no hot water! Not only did Matt not gouge me, but his rates are very fair, straightforward, and honest. I will definitely use his services again. Thank you, Matt, for not taking advantage of the situation.

Thankful for Matt with Cuyahoga Valley Heating & Air! He not only found the motor for my furnace, was prompt on arrival and it was repaired within 15 minutes. The previous company told me the part was obsolete and quoted a $7200+ replacement cost on the entire furnace. I highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs!

Left a message over the weekend, and got a response at 7AM on Monday morning. They were out that morning, identified and fixed the problem straight away. The next day gave me a follow up call explaining how additional repairs would not improve the longevity of my unit, so they saved me the expense of a repair that I did not need. Joseph Malave was so efficient and did a wonderful job servicing my air conditioner. He spent time educating me on what the issue was and how he was going to fix it. When he was done he took his time going over the changes he made. When I first scheduled an appointment, Miguel, the owner called me back after sending an appointment inquiry and was so kind helping me out. Would 100% recommend this business!

Very professional and courteous. They have been working on my AC n furnace for many years and never had a problem that wasn't taking care off.

Heater was randomly failing to blow hot air. They fixed the broken connection and serviced the unit so it’s running great again. Definitely will use them again for our annual maintenance.
