My community has used Service Tech going into a 5th year and most would ask with such a review why are you still using them.

It’s because they are a good company to work with.

My review was based in response to recent and past incidents with some of their staff and should not be an overall reflection of this fine company.

In response to my previous review, I received a call from the owner Al Sutton. Al is a great guy, as is Paul who handles scheduling, the ladies that answer the phones and most of the staff that has serviced our community during visits.

My review shouldn’t have been based upon some negative encounters with a few individuals.

Service Tech provides great service and even as important they will do their absolute best to address any issues to make things right and assure overall customer satisfaction.

It was my pleasure to have Terry as my technician when I had an issue with my heating system. After contacting Williams Brothers AC and Heat, Terry was there promptly, explaining the problem clearly and with great understanding. As a novice building owner in Cleveland, he really went the extra mile to simplify and clarify my options. I would highly recommend Terry and Williams Brothers AC and Heat to anyone!

My AC unit had a malfunctioning gas valve. I left a message the previous evening, requesting a call-back the following morning. Given Cleveland's near zero-degree weather that was predicted to last a couple of weeks, I was concerned. Their operation starts at 8AM and true to their word, I received a call at 7:50AM and got added to their service schedule for the same day. Maurice, the repairman, kept me updated with texts and calls regarding his arrival. The issue with my AC was rectified by 1:30 the following day. The service was efficient, professional, and courteous. Such high quality of service is hard to find these days.

Had to revisit due to some minor issues linked to a prior HVAC setup. Maurice and Terry from Williams Brothers AC and Heat were absolutely fantastic to work with and exceptionally accommodating. Everything was smoothly resolved due to warranty. They truly uphold the quality of their work in Cleveland. If there were six stars available, they'd definitely earn it. First-class HVAC service all the way!

After a long day of work, I returned home on a Friday evening to find that my AC unit wasn't emitting cold air. Needless to say, I was a bit frustrated especially since it was past standard operating hours. I decided to call an AC repair service and left a voice message. Much to my surprise, a service technician, let's call him Jason, called me back in what felt like no time at all - around half an hour. Jason arrived at my place within an hour of our conversation. Even though it was late, around 10:00 pm, he was exceptionally polite. Before long, he had my AC up and running again. i must say, i'm really impressed with their commitment to providing quick and efficient service. i wouldn't hesitate to recommend this AC repair service to anyone, at any time of day. Big shout out to their dedicated service technicians like Jason!

Since we bought our house in 2017, we've been dealing with a leaking A/C system. But we've always trusted a specific hvac repair business to handle the issue. Recently, we found out our heating system might be dangerous to use and decided it was time for a replacement. Thankfully, terry from the Williams Brothers AC and Heat was super helpful during the whole process. i have to say, the service we got in Cleveland was really praiseworthy.

I opted for the 25-point furnace maintenance check from Williams Brothers AC and Heat. Maurice, the technician, offered top-notch service and really put in extra effort. However, the furnace system I had purchased from them two years prior didn't require all 25 inspection points, like the 1-inch filter or the gas line check. It felt like I paid more than I should have, considering their usual service visit costs 89.00. I plan to contact them for a possible discount, given that the full 25-point service wasn't necessary for my system. In retrospect, it seems I was sold more than I needed. Actually, I should have been more aware. I didn't understand that those inspection points were tailored more for central air systems. So, caution to potential customers. I decided not to sign up for their Upgrade Club membership, which costs 250.00.

The general vibe of this review is positive. I had some initial hiccups with Williams Brothers AC and Heat, particularly concerning the setup of our new ac system. Williams Brothers AC and Heat installed our new furnace, air conditioner, and filtration system. On the upside, Maurice and Connor, their top-tier technicians, arrived as scheduled. The communication was top-notch with everyone being courteous and professional. The price of the system was competitive and payment was hassle-free. However, we did experience a few minor setbacks. A couple of days after installation, the system stopped working due to an issue with the condensation line. Terry came out the same day and fixed it without any problems. Another issue we faced was with the temperature in the largest upstairs room. It was 8-10 degrees warmer than the other rooms. Initially, they opted to vent a smaller, more accessible room while overlooking the bigger one. They did rectify this, but we were charged an additional $400 for their oversight. There were a few things they overlooked during the initial installation: repositioning the condensation line to prevent potential damage, leveling the furnace, and tidying up the insulation where the furnace sits. Despite these small hitches, we got what we needed. Our heating and cooling system works efficiently and our air is cleaner. All things considered, despite the minor hiccups, I would still endorse this company. We received what we needed: a functional and efficient ac system in our cleveland home. We're now enjoying a cooler and cleaner indoor environment.

I am absolutely thrilled with Williams Brothers AC and Heat for assisting me with the maintenance of my tankless water heater. Other businesses claimed they only handled repairs or services for issues, but Williams Brothers AC and Heat proved otherwise. Jason and Terry were very professional in their work. I am confident enough to rely on them for my HVAC system maintenance in the future here in Cleveland.

I reached out to a local heater repair company after getting a solid recommendation from a friend. Maurice was there to answer all my questions and offer a quote for the hybrid system I was looking to install. I found it was worth my while researching this, as the people were honest, helpful, and good to deal with. The heater system they installed is top-notch! Jason, along with his team (Connor, Louie, Emad, and Nowras) arrived on time to tackle a major job - the complete removal of an outdated, over 20-year-old system in an old house, and the subsequent installation of a Hybrid (Gas/Electric) A/C and furnace, including all the ducting. They took the time to discuss the complete overhaul of the ducting system for efficiency, and guided me through the placement of new registers to cater to our HVAC needs without compromising the uniqueness of our historic home. A few tweaks and modifications later, and i have an excellent system! Post-installation, they walked me through all the functions on my Nest Thermostat to sync with the modern system. The team was very respectful of my space, cleaned up after themselves, repaired previously damaged wall register areas, and even painted a few small areas where work was unavoidable. They found a previously installed, non-compliant drain and promptly explained and installed a new one that meets the city's permitting standards. Overall, i am extremely satisfied with their work!

He managed to fix our HVAC system efficiently and promptly. Maurice also inquired about any other issues we might be facing. The day before the installation, I asked if they could also check the mini-split unit in our back room. They readily agreed. Maurice and Connor, the technicians who installed our new furnace, did a fantastic job. They were professional, friendly, and approachable, yet focused on their work. After the installation, they even managed to repair the mini-split unit, which was no small task. They then showed us how to operate the thermostat and heat pump. I am delighted that I decided to switch to this furnace repair company and would highly recommend them to others. Every employee, from the phone service representatives to the technicians, has been exceptional.

The whole job was spread over two working days and Terry and Connor were extremely respectful and professional. They tidied up everything after completion. I highly recommend their service and their pricing, especially if you're contemplating using a major company.
