The lady that answers the phone is terribly rude and when I called back they wouldn’t even pick up the phone. I was told there’s going to be a $80 fee plus cost if it’s a coil issue. I don’t see that on my contract! When asked for a copy she basically brushed me off!

The crew came on time and finished our project in a reasonable amount of time and explained in detail how to submit my warranty and rebate information as well as how to use our new programmable thermostat. We are pleased and recommend using this company.

Great company. They came in and gave me exactly what I needed for my home for a great price. The competitor’s prices weren’t even close. They were very quick and efficient.

Had a negative experience with the dispatcher but, when I finally got a tech I cannot speak highly enough. They had to order the part but, they showed me what I had to do to keep the heat on until the part arrived. This is a very reputable business and would highly recommend them

Incredible customer service. Had my furnace installed by them and 5 years later it's been having a ton of issues. Keith, who I've been working with, is clearly knowledgeable and has been doing everything he can to diagnose the issue and even walk me through some basic things so I didn't need to wait for him. I will recommend them to every one I meet.

Westfield Heating and Air came to my house a week before Christmas to extend my existing system into my new kitchen addition. They did an absolutely wonderful job keeping everything neat, uniform and professional- it couldn’t have been done any better. I am super happy with the connecting of the old system together with the new. They went above my expectations for what they were hired for, and made sure the existing system could handle the new square footage and functioned properly. And was tied together the best way possible. AND they had the best price, nowhere near what I was gonna be charged with elsewhere. Very very happy with this company and will definitely be having them out again for future needs.

The STC team did a fantastic job! Cleaned two cooling towers and holding tanks. Never seen this equipment so clean before.
