ASAP Heating and Cooling is the best Hvac company I have worked with! Very knowledgeable and they really come ASAP. My heat went out on Monday at 8:40am I called. Lewis was at my home at 9:18! My furnace was up and running by 10am! If I could rate them ten stars I would! Thanks again Lewis!!

The condenser fan motor was making a grinding noise. Tech diagnosed bad bearings. He replaced just the motor (not the whole fan assembly), saving us significant cost. Honest about what was actually needed.

The Cleveland Heating & Cooling system is fantastic! Their technician was professional, on time, and provided detailed explanations of everything. He swiftly and effectively fixed our air conditioner. The service was excellent and the price was reasonable. Their knowledge and honesty have really impressed me. I didn't have work done with this company but, I did have a bad experience with one of the drivers. He backed up in my neighbors driveway and then jumped out over my boarder fence and walked through my yard and Christmas decorations multiple times. NO RESPECT FOR MY PROPERTY AT ALL!

I have a boiler from 1929 that the owner, Alex, personally serviced. We made it all winter without any further issues. Couldn't be happier, we would use them for our inevitable complete rebuild in the future.

Alex was out within two hours of calling. Had the part i needed on his truck. Was able to fix same day great experiance.

Alex is great got out to me the same day. Very honest, great work. Issue resolved within an hour or so.
