We have used Berea Heaying for almost as long as they’ve been in business. Russ is always diligent about calling back, showing up, doing what’s necessary and no more, staying with the job until it’s done, and charging a fair price. I would never even consider using another contractor.

Use huge! More professional.

Russ is a cocky joke. Told me to install a used furnace myself. I did the 80$ diagnostic check and he just never got back to me with what was wrong. He said "i have to check a few things" and left. That's it. He made fun of my older furnace, which is soo unprofessional. I was embarrassed by the time he was done.

I will NOT be using Berea Heating and cooling ever again. For shame Russ, you left my family cold.

It's so difficult to find a good, honest contractor when you need one and Russ is that guy. Great service and great prices. I have recommended Russ to many friends and relatives. He is honest and trustworthy and not only does the job as promised, but goes above and beyond what is expected to be sure you are satisfied. You will not be sorry!

Two years ago I had a complete furnace/AC replacement. Russ did a GREAT job and his prices are good too. Recently, I had a furnace issue and he told me what to do over the phone and it worked. He will be getting my business and referral for a long time.

I was so impressed with Russ. I called, and he was here in just a few hours to take a look at my furnace, which wasn't heating and wasn't running. Turns out, two birds had found their way in. He removed them easily and had me up and running in no time. He was so nice, polite, the price was affordable, and he even gave my dogs a biscuit. Definitely will call him again.

Cleveland Heating & Cooling is the only company I’ll call from now on. The technician was professional and didn’t try to upsell anything. Fast repair and clear communication. Very trustworthy service.

Russ is the best!! He has taken care of my family since we were kids and now that I have a home of my own he's the first to call. Our furnace stopped working during these insanely cold temps and he came the same day to inspect. It required a part he didn' have but he was back the next day to fix and clean everything up. Whenever he's busy he calls to check in and say he hasn't forgotten about us, but that other issues may have popped up. I trust him and love supporting someone local. Thank you Russ!!

Again, great service from Temperature Supply in Garfield Hts.
A local HVAC company could't find the computer board for my older offbrand furnace. Basically "They don't make them any more. Want to buy a new furnace ?"
So I first went to TS, and they had 2 on the shelf, at a good price. The always helpful counter man, sorry don't recall his name, even said "I'm sure there's more to be had" !
I've always had a good customer expetience at TS, and the fact that they're not Contractor Only is a huge Plus !

Saved the day after every other "supplier" failed and HVAC companies wanted twice as much money for the part needed. Will always use Temperature Supply from now on.

You can get heating and cooling supplies here, but the guy behind the counter is rarely if ever there, you have to play phone tag and he will charge you twice what he charges his "regular" professional technician customers. I can live with an upcharge, but this guy is absurd. Don't go here. Heating and Cooling parts on Amazon are half the cost as here. Half. Trust me on that. You'll even get them quicker in most cases as this guy takes his sweet time showing up and getting things done. I talked to the people who work for a separate company but share the office more than I talked to him. Never again.

I highly recommend Temperature Supply. The individual that helped me out was humble, friendly, and extremely helpful, and those are understatements. I called 10 other companies this morning, not a single one was interested in helping me get the part that I need, Temperature Supply went above and beyond by also helping look for the part I needed and went as far as to suggest one of his competitors, that's how you know someone is a genuine individual and a great company. You've got my business from here on out.

Called first thing in the AM, gave a part #, got a call back a few minutes later that he had located one and he could have it in stock in an hour. Got a call about an hour later as promised that it was there and ready. Part was just as promised and the furnace is fixed TODAY...instead of tomorrow or a week from now waiting for online sellers. Local small business taking care of Cleveland with fair prices and fast service.

I've been to this location three times at 3:00 p.m. and they're closed. What are the actual store hours for this location. I'm here at the store now at 2:00 p.m. and it says they're supposed to be open till 4:30 in the store is closed on a Saturday
