Bob made sure everything worked perfectly installing a brand new heat pump/air conditioner unit. Now enjoying the benefits of a cool house while it's blazing hot outside. A total pro and highly recommended.

Robert came and was the only plumber we could find to help with our leak which was behind a hvac vent. Amazon service, wonderful disposition. Highly recommended.

Recently we were in need of a new air conditioner. A friend recommended this company and we are SO GLAD we went with them. They were able to immediately access the need and were able to replace our a/c unit quickly and affordably! Their whole team is very prompt, courtesy and efficient! We HIGHLY recommend this company!

I highly recommend Echos Air. What started off as a nightmare with another company turned into a pleasant and seemless experience with Echos Air. Everyone I dealt with (Bob,Noah,John) was very polite and helpful. They are knowledgeable, honest, prompt, and affordable. The previous company I was working with told me they could not replace a part I needed and Echos Air did it no problem at less than half the price. They also replaced another part I needed at 1/3 of the price I was previously quoted. I have never taken time to write a review for another company/Item, but felt I needed to because of how much Echos Air helped us. I will definitely only use them in the future. People say you can’t have all three, price-quality-service, but Echos Air delivers all three.

My elderly father needed his boiler repaired and I was
referred to Echos Air by a friend. Bob quickly assessed the problem, promptly executed the repair, and also found a high level of carbon monoxide while doing a thorough inspection. After doing a deep clean on the boiler, the carbon monoxide level was brought down to a safe level. My father and I are very thankful that what could have been a catastrophe was averted by the competence of Bob and his crew. If you are looking for knowledgeable, honest, friendly, and reliable service at a good value, I would highly recommend Echos Air.

Don't know why they don't have a place for reviews on their website. Bob and Noah just finished a complete funace and ac replacement on my 1000sqft single family home. The best way to sum it up would be to tell you to visit their website and read the mission statement. Says it all and they deliver 100+ percent on it. Professional, curtious, patient with answering questions and assuring your understanding of what you are getting and how it will be done. Adapted seamlessly to last minute changes I requested. Performed all work in a tireless and timely, efficient mannor. You don't need to call anyone else, but if you do, save the best for last. You will not be dissappointed. Don't hesitate. Totally Honest and will not try to sell you something you don't need. Bob did an emergency furnace motor replacement for me last winter to get me up and running so I could make it through the winter. Thanks Bob, you saved my butt when others were try to shut my furnace off because I " had a bad heat exchanger" according to them. That's why I trusted this company with an investment of this size. My A/C wasn’t working on a home I had built 10 years earlier. I had maintained a service contract with the HVAC company that did the original install. So we quickly had them come out and diagnose the issues. The fix was going to be pretty comprehensive and expensive based on their assessment. Echos Air was recommended by someone at church, came out quickly, diagnosed the problem differently and less significant work. The cost was significantly less and completed quickly as quoted and promised. We have had no problems since. I appreciate honest assessment, quote and friendly work while on-site. I highly recommend Echos Air!

Outstanding HVAC Service from Echo Air – Highly Recommended!

I recently contacted Echo Air for a repair quote on my aging HVAC system. Bob came out to inspect the unit and, after a thorough evaluation, explained that due to the advanced age of both my furnace (35+ years) and AC unit (25+ years), a full replacement would be more cost-effective than repairs. His honesty and expertise were greatly appreciated.

Bob provided a detailed, all-inclusive quote for a new furnace and AC system. After reviewing the proposal, I felt confident moving forward and scheduled the installation.

On the day of the install, Bob and Noah arrived right on time and got straight to work. Despite encountering a few unexpected challenges, they handled everything with professionalism and efficiency, completing the job in a timely manner. Their attention to detail was evident not only in the quality of the installation but also in the excellent cleanup afterward.

Our heat pump stopped working on may, after the Heating & Cooling Cleveland tech checked everything out, the cause was a wrong size cable powering it, installed by a different contractor. They secured the proper size cable and installed it along with a new breaker. It works great now. Thank your technicians for fixing this so quickly. I would give them 10 stars if that choice was available.

Heating & Cooling Cleveland did an excellent job installing my new HVAC equipment. It is tricky to figure out who to trust with these larger projects, but these guys were nice and trustworthy straight away. I didn’t feel like I was getting a forceful sales pitch but like they really cared about the unit I would choose. The men who installed it were nice and efficient. I highly recommend them if you are in the market for a new furnace or air conditioner!

Great detail in doing the install of ac/heat units correctly. Kieffer installed my unit very precisely at a very reasonable price. I would recommend Kieffer to anyone.

Apparently not eager to work and follow through: My landlord provided their contact info to have our AC unit inspected. After calling multiple times, I was told they would call back when the weather was nicer to inspect the unit. Never received a call so again I had to call them back before they informed me they were scheduled out but could try to “fit me in” later in the week. They came out to inspect the unit and advised there wasn’t anything they could do (which I wasn’t upset about). After my landlord hadn’t received the invoice I reached out to the company and the lady I talked to was very rude, refused to answer whether the invoice was sent or not, and hung up. If bad customer service is your thing then definitely choose these guys

I cannot say enough good things about Dan and his business. Honest, responsive and professional are the three words I would use to describe him best. Dan has, on multiple occasions, came out in an emergency situation the same day and taken care of our issues without trying to upswell us on old equipment. I wish more specialists were like Dan. Thank you Dan for everything you have done for my family to keep us comfortable.

These guys are awesome!!! Dan and his crew came out and gave me a very fair estimate for my air conditioner. He set up a time to come out and took care of it fast and efficiently. Dan and Bill are great. I’ve been using Dan Kieffer for many years and just had him install a new Central A/C system. Excellent quality of work, best price always, extremely knowledgeable and he always delivers. Very personable and attentive to detail. The Shawn M review was premature, inaccurate and not by the person who owns the home where the work was done. I am the homeowner and Dan is a pro and was awesome to deal with. His prices are very competitive, not high pressure at all and best of all, he and his crew found a broom and cleaned up the basement after the furnace install. Note: Dan couldn't remove the compressor after finishing work on a Friday and came over on a Saturday to pick it up.

Heating & Cooling Cleveland went above and above. Our heater's issue was quickly resolved by the courteous and punctual expert. At no extra charge, they even looked for other problems.
