Recently moved into a new house, and our furnace had multiple tags on it saying it was last serviced by Brennan. The last service date from Brennan was earlier this year. Our furnace went out, so we contacted the last company to service it- Brennan. After 2 hours, they returned our call and rudely told us they don't service our area, and they didn't want to deal with our home warranty. No problem, I'm sure there are plenty of other companies that would like our business

Great sales and service. Had my last home in Stow serviced by Brennan and everything worked great. Installed all new furnace system and things were even better.
Fast foward to spring 2017 in our new home and one of the two AC units were failing. With 90 degree temps and a 12 month old in the zone of the down unit, Brennan responded quickly and replaced the old unit. They also replaced the large unit which was only months from going down as well. All went great, great price, great service and better people.
Ive referred family and friends to Brennan who also speak very highly of their work.

Ross did an excellent job!

Ross worked on my duplex in Lakewood and did an excellent job on installing a new HVAC system as well as adding new ducts. He explained everything to me and was very responsive to my questions. Additionally, he was able to install a mini split. Overall, it was a big job and we had a tight deadline and Ross was able to get everything done in a timely manner. Would recommend him to any of my friends or family.

I had a bad experience just in few I just found out they didn't wire my air conditioner unit right they back dog my unit without any fuse in the outside fuse box just found this out it was just running on a 220 line

When Westfield installed my air-conditioning unit good job but if you need them to come back lots of ill call you back I'm very irritated with them putting us off!

Thank you for going the extra mile in taking care of our families needs. Both systems were installed quickly. Our problems that we didn't even know about are finally fixed correctly. For us we'll stay with Westfield Heating for all our future needs. Thumbs Up!!!!!

Older home, was in need of a new furnace. Gave a great price for furnace and A/C more than satisfied. Great family company

I will never use this company again & all would be wise to choose elsewhere. I called them because they installed both my air conditioner and furnace years ago & had no previous complaints. More recently I came home to no power to my furnace and no a/c. Looked up the error code and said it was most likely a fuse, which when I called and explained the issue they agreed. 2 Guys (unnecessary for a 1 man job) came out and first went to the air conditioner and said the contactor/wire was bad which I questioned bc they should've checked the fuse first in my opinion since that was the main issue. Then went to furnace and replaced a simple fuse. Made a very unprofessional comment to my fiancé saying we looked like we had a bunch of money and he needed a vacation to later slap was with a $425 bill that wasn't even itemized. Never gave prices upfront either. My fiancé called and complained and they did end up giving us money back because we were clearly overcharged. Horrible way to do business & are clearly dishonest. I wouldn't trust them and if you do, make sure to get cost upfront in writing with an itemized bill. I won't be swindled again!

Five highly skilled trademen dismantled my 65 year old Reznor furnace, and old ductwork. They then installed new hvac units. All was done in a little over 5 hours. They were professional, friendly, and clean at a reasonable price. I am very pleased with the results. Highly recommend.

Furnace went out, contacted the company and had a tech out within 30 minutes. Joe did a thorough check of the furnace and determined it needed to be cleaned. He cleaned a few parts and the furnace started right back up. Joe was honest and kept me informed on what he was doing. I would recommend Westfield Heating and Air to anyone in need.
