Outstanding communication and service. We had a problem with A/C in our business. Richie showed up when he said he would, identified the problem and was able to implement a temporary fix, then returned as promised and got it all in working order. Highly recommended.

Help! No heat! Dealt with the shady so called "Clevelands Best Companies" in the past. Saw the great reviews, so I called Ohio City H & C. Not only did Ritchie agree to come out last minute, arrived almost an hour quicker than quoted. Found and fixed the urgent issues, got me heat, troubleshot, general fixes and potential issues. Great price for service and repairs. And an all around pleasure to work with. Going forward my only calls will be to Ritchie & Ohio City! Appreciate you brother!!!

This is my second time using Richie and Ohio City Heating and Cooling. Last year, he rewired my furnace. Did an amazing job. Personable, professional and at a great price.

I've lived in my current home for over a decade now, and Richie has been the first person out of several to actually spend time and complete a thorough, proper clean and check of my central a/c unit and fix problems before they turned into major issues. I called Richie for water heater services. He was very polite and informative from the phone call to when he left my home. Everything he did was explained step by step. Richie is one of the BEST persons I have ever known. He is responsible and very polite and knows exactly what he is doing. My AC unit broke on a Sunday night before Labor day. I called to leave a message on Labor day and Richie returned my call within minutes. He came out and didn't charge anything extra for the holiday ($85 for service call) and not only checked my AC, but my furnance and water heater too. He fixed my AC and it's running great. Excellent service and exceptional expertise at a reasonable price. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Richie really helped me out on my hot water tank. I called him in the late afternoon and he came over right away when I explained what was going on. The next morning he was over at 8am installing a new hot water tank. He was professional and very positive and reassuring, highly recommend
