High quality and friendly service. I've been working with RJs since replacing 2 furnaces and water heaters in my duplex, and I've been nothing but satisfied. They take care of their customers and work with professionalism and integrity. I would highly recommend RJs to anyone looking for HVAC services.

We replaced our aging furnace and air conditioner. Hector made selecting our new HVAC system easy without any high pressure upselling. The installation team were professional, courteous, and finished the job in a timely manner.

I had a very positive experience with Green Home Heating and Cooling. Staff is very professional and I was trilled to get a Carrier AC unit. Hector, sales representative, was walked me through my options and took the time to answer all my questions. I never felt pressured. The replacement thermostat failed after 5 months (certainly not any fault of Green Home). There customer service worked to make everything right; they sent a technician out right away. The technician not only replaced the thermostat but did a complete check of the system and made sure there were not any hidden issues. My only regret is not knowing about Green Home sooner - going forward they will be the only company I call!! Parma, OH

The Install Team of Corey and Wassem were excellent. Great demeanor, efficient, and respectful of us and our home. I had a high efficiency variable speed heating unit installed to match the same model A/C. Hector in sales came out and provided an electronic estimate. It was very hassle free doing business with Green Home Heating and Cooling. Hector, their sales person, was very professional and knowledgeable, and good to work with. The install crew was very efficient and did a really nice job with dismantling the old AC unit and installing the new AC. Would highly recommend this company.

What a great Company Everyone was courteous prompt and knowledgeable about their product. I had green home, install an infinity furnace and air conditioner. And what a difference This furnace makes. can't wait till summer time. To try out the

I had a leak that was hard to detect, so I called GHH&C to assess the issue. Chuck, the technician, was very pleasant and informative even after making several trips to my home. He also did plumbing work prior to this and he was again...very pleasant, informative and efficient! I will only use this company for my home repair needs! My old furnace died on one of the coldest days of the year. Hector Suarez from Green Home Solutions came out 45 minutes after I called and we figured out what i needed. The installation was scheduled for early the next day so that I could get to work in the afternoon. Two friendly guys were there on time and worked quickly to get the job done. While he showed me a variety of options, he never got pushy or tried to over-sell me. The installation team was great. The sales rep worked within my budget for a complete hvac system and provided me with an affordable package that exceeded my expectations.
Installation date was less than 2 weeks from initial contact.
Workers arrived on time and were repectful, efficient and did a great job with cleanup and addressing any questions or concerns.
To my surprise, I received a call about a month after install to schedule a no cost apt for a complete a/c system check (since it was installed in April and the weather was too cool at that time to do so).
Green Home is on a short list of businesses that I have complete satisfaction with and would

We had a fantastic experience with Green Home Heating and Cooling. They were very prompt with providing us a quote to replace our existing furnace and install central air conditioning. Hector was very patient and answered all of our questions thoroughly. The two installers, Tony and Wasum, were friendly, courteous and polite. They were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. They were extremely respectful of our property.

As a home owner, I dread the moment when something in my house is broken, because the process of finding someone to fix it is infuriating. Not so with Green Home Heating and Cooling! Here is my experience.

After numerous repairs to our a/c and furnace over the years, we decided to replace both.

1. I filled out the online contact form on a Thursday around 8 PM.
2. I got a phone call at 9 AM the next day that they could send someone to give a free estimate two hours later. Win!
3. Hector Suarez spent over an hour at my home taking various measurements and photos, and asking me lots of detailed questions. He prepared two quotes on the spot and spent plenty of time listening to my concerns and answering my questions. (Green, if you are reading this, give this man a raise!)

[I contacted three companies; one never got back to me, and the other sent someone to give an estimate the following week. He came, but never actually emailed the estimate.]

4. I contacted Hector to say we were ready to move forward; I was able to sign the contract online, and he immediately confirmed that he would have a crew at my house the next day.
5. The crew showed up when they were supposed to and were highly professional the entire time.

I now have a functioning HVAC system and am incredibly happy with the entire process. It's not often that I say something was truly easy and zero hassle, but this was honestly the easiest home repair process we've done. I would give them six stars if I could!

Excellent service and customer service . Hector was awesome answering all our questions and concerns and responding to every text and call . We ran into some building issues; they solve and corrected everything and were able to updated and bring everything to code and work properly. Cody and his crew also went above and beyond . Everyone was Very responsable , respectful and attention to detail … We definitely recommended them!! Awesome company !

Everything about our experience with Green Home was top notch. The salesman Hector was knowledgeable and responsive. He didn’t try to upsell us on more than we needed. The installation team Cody and Ian were on time, professional and very good at what they did. They took their time, did it right and cleaned everything up when they were done. I would totally recommend the Green Home team. We were hesitant to go with a smaller provider over the big ones with more service teams but honestly the smaller guy made us feel like we really mattered.
