Furnace installation. Alex and his crew did excellent work in installing a new furnace to replace one that had been used almost 40 years. He is very knowledgeable about the product and able to explain how things work. I would highly recommend AV Air LLC!

Alex brings a service level that is unmatched. We had him out to look at our furnace on a few occasions over the course of the past two winters. This winter we decided it was time to change the unit completely. Alex’s quote time was quick, accurate and fair. He presented us with multiple options for replacement and explained the differences between each unit and made his professional recommendation. We had Alex out to install a gas heating unit in our garage, and he did a phenomenal job from start to finish. He was responsible, professional, and a genuinely kind and honest man.

After that great experience, we had him come back to install a AC unit in our home, and later he also repaired our large 10-ton unit in our commercial building by installing new coils. Every single job he’s done for us has been exceptional.

Alex came by for a quote quickly, explained exactly what he was seeing so it was easy for me to understand and presented me with 3 options for replacement or repair. Due to the age, I opted to have all 3 major components replaced. The Furnace, AC Condenser and Evaporator.

He had the equipment ordered and installed within 2 days, did a really nice job and cleaned up as if he was never there. He was very respectful of the home and overall a pleasure to work with.
