Noah and Sean did an excellent job from start to finish - including diagnosing the issues that were present and prioritizing them for us based on our use of the fireplaces. They were both friendly, on-time, and communicated well throughout the process. They went above and beyond and I would recommend Century Chimney to anyone having issues no matter the scope.

Noah and Mark were out to repair our chimney and do masonry work. After observing their work, they were very informative describing their procedures, took great pride in their work which is unusual today. The final result was a superb job upon completion. Would highly recommend this company.

We had Century Chimney out today to install a new stainless steel flue liner. They arrived right when they said they would and completed the job quickly and efficiently. They are really professional, friendly and their price was reasonable. We highly recommend using them.

I recently bought a house and booked Century Chimney to inspect the fireplace + chimney. Darius & Graham arrived on time and were very friendly and courteous. Their inspection was thorough and efficient, and they explained everything very clearly. They were very knowledgeable and professional. I expected that my chimney would require some work and was not surprised at the recommendation for some preventative maintenance. We made a follow-up appointment that was convenient to my schedule. I recommend Century Chimney wholeheartedly!

My husband called Century Chimney to replace the clean out door on our chimney. Noah and Mark came out and did a fantastic job. They were prompt and courteous and got the job done quickly. Not only that, they inspected the entire chimney to be sure it was in perfect working order. Would definitely use them again!

These guys were nice enough but they told us our 40yo chimney was "not up to code" and tried to sell us a $13K relining job. They inspected the chimney before cleaning and refused to clean it afterwards. So we got a second opinion from another company who cleaned the chimney first and said it was in great shape, showing us the mortar on the clean interior on his screen and pointing out that it was smooth and intact. I would encourage everyone to pay for a second inspection before agreeing to a pricey project.

Tyler and Mark were great! They were on time, efficient, and informative. We had a clean and inspection done. Everything looks good, and Tyler educated me on how to properly use our setup. There are two maintenance services that they explained to me, but were not pushy. We will definitely be continuing services with Century Chimney, and will be booking the preventative maintenance soon.

We had Century out last week to have our fireplace inspected after purchasing our home in December. They were really easy to schedule with and showed up right on time. The two men who came out were thorough with both the inspection and the explanation of what they were doing and the issues with our flue. Unfortunately for us, the repair is outside of our current budget right now, but if we ever decide to repair the flue, I wouldn’t hesitate to have century do it. They were straightforward and didn’t try to sell us or pressure on anything. I will definitely recommend them to friends.

They’re also really understanding about pets, which is great. We tried to keep our dog in the kitchen but he hoped the gate because he had to say hi to the visitors. They made sure to keep an eye on the door as they went in and out so he wouldn’t follow them out and didn’t mind him being nosy as they worked.

I really appreciated this company's honesty, and look forward to a chance to call again when I can use their services.

While we were not able to use Century Chimney due to the size/scope of our project, Josh C. and Josh S. were very helpful in understanding what was wrong with our chimney and firebox and what the proper steps to correct them could be. They were timely, friendly, and knowledgeable and the report they generated was extremely helpful for getting the work quoted by a company who were able to handle the scope of the work. I would definitely recommend them based solely on the experience of the quoting/evaluation process.

Zach and Mark came out to the house today and arrived exactly when they said they would be there. Walked and looked at the wood-burning stove and answered all questions and put to rest.
