Dave Fox Remodeling was everything we needed and more. Greg and Michelle listened to us and designed the perfect space to let us grow older, safely in our home. They respected our budget too! Nick was our project manager and made all the details, big and small a reality. His crew was fantastic. Christian, Rob and Jeff worked through freezing temperatures to get the foundation ready. Braydon and Brenden were master craftsmen. Chet, Andrew and Tim worked hard to finish the project. The plumbers Dave, Jared and Nick along with the electricians did a perfect job. We are so happy that we chose DFR for our addition! Thank you Dave Fox!

The Dave Fox team created this new wall in our living room that incorporates beautiful imported tile, recessed TV, an electric fireplace and unique shelves with floating cabinets and drawers. From the outset, the design process was both open and extremely well detailed. Their renderings made the design come to life. Then, as we moved to the construction phase, the crew of experienced craftsmen could not have been more friendly, considerate, neat, and most important, attentive to detail and customer satisfaction. They all take great pride in their product and performance. We have already recommended Dave Fox to several friends and we would not consider any other contractor for any future renovation projects.

We saw high quality Dave Fox remodels at a NARI showcase, so we selected Dave Fox to remodel our kitchen, master and hall baths, fireplace, and laundry room. Professionalism, skills, communications, friendliness of all the staff and subs were unmatched in my experience. I want to commend Chris Harper (design consultant on scope), Andrea Conley (on cohesive, attractive designs), Nick Loschiavo (on managing the entire project, finishing ahead of schedule), Braydon Gomes (project lead, great carpenter), Bob Tobin (exquisite carpentry), Marc Heath (field manager who made sure we were doing OK), Brad and his electricians (Hayden, Jordan, Bill), plumbers Adam and Isaac, tiling at the artistry level by Conway, concrete work by Kevin and Dylan, Daniel and Schluter materials installation, Edwin and Jose' dry walling and ceiling stippling, Jamie and Aaron HVAC work, Jim the painter, and Brady who did demo. Great coordination by Nick on bringing in fireplace techs, countertop and glass techs, stone tech, and appliance package installers. Managed to tent off work areas and clean up every night, which is a big deal.

Our Dave Fox Team completed an amazing renovation of our family room. Tore out built ins. Moved HVAC around, added gorgeous trim to our walls, beams and added 4 windows to brighten our space. It was a big project and our team was incredible. First, Evan and Joanne were incredible taking our vision and helping us see options to make it a reality within the acceptable confines of our budget. Love them!

Nick was our project manager and he was so incredible. We sincerely appreciated how he was on top of everything and such an excellent communicator. Throughout our project we got to know his talented team and we want to thank the Braydons (there were two on our project and I apologize for not knowing the spelling), and Andrew was incredible too. Their attention to detail and perfection was very much appreciated. My husband is a perfectionist by vocation and is truly never happy with work anyone else does, and fortunately he is so pleased with the work our Dave Fox team did for us. Our project was on time too!

We truly couldn't be happier, and I cannot wait to have Nick and his team work on our next project. I cannot see ever using another company. I just wish they could do our pool construction for us.

We used DFR to remodel our kitchen. They did a fabulous job. I still can't get over how much I love my new kitchen. They provide great design ideas and the professionals that do the work are top-notch, friendly and are true craftspeople in their perspective trades. They maintained an open line of communication and they treated our home with respect. Their most endearing quality was their effort to get along with and work around a somewhat large and over rambunctious GSD puppy. I highly recommend DFR and would use them again in a heartbeat.

So happy we called Rannebarger Home Maintenance for our downspout drainage issue! Dan was able to blast out a serious root problem - anyone else surprised to see a ~10 foot root come out of a drain pipe?!?! We are very happy to be able to resolve this issue with the hydro jetting and avoid a much larger problem of removing landscaping and moving the drain line. We are happy customers and will continue to use Dan and his team for more regular maintenance of our downspout drains going forward.

I had Rannebarger take out a fan over my stove and install a new low microwave. It wasn’t an easy job as there was no electrical box. The technician knew exactly what to do. Don’t hesitate to hire this company. They make sure it is done right. Pix below

Daniel quickly responded to my request on Google Maps. Our small condo has a moldy fence that needed cleaning to satisfy HOA. Since it was a small job, they were willing to let me and my neighbor split the cost.

They treated the fence with some bleach mix then rince off. The result was a really clean fence and two happy neighbors. THANK YOU!

Dan and his crew have always been very pleasant and respectful on any project they get on. You can tell Dan genuinely cares about his clients and will go the extra mile to deliver an outstanding service. Even in a pinch they find a way to get things done in a timely fashion. I definitely recommend Dan and his crews with just about anything that you may need done!

Kyle was absolutely wonderful. He found the problem within five minutes and took time to remedy it. And then proceeded to explain what caused the issue, and how to make sure it doesn’t happen in the future. Amazing company. I had a very bad emergency and my gutters were a solid block of ice which was causing leaking in my house. They came out and cleared my gutters same day and stopped my leaking.
