Fantastic remodel and design of my kitchen!! They stand behind their work as they recently performed warranty work for me. From Cam and Greg who diagnosed the problem to Ernie and Jay who repaired the ceiling. Jim the painter was also wonderful!! My kitchen looks good as new! I highly recommend Dave Fox !

Dave Fox remodeled our kitchen. We had the load-bearing wall removed between our kitchen and family room. The old kitchen was gutted and a new kitchen was designed to include a two tiered island with support columns to replace the load-bearing wall. The former family room became the new dining room. Our new open floorplan includes more storage space and seating--creating a great place to entertain. Dave Fox staff members were very thorough and helpful during all stages of the project. The finished project turned out better than I imagined. I enjoy cooking in my new kitchen because the room is so much brighter and there is a place for everything, including a cabinet for all my spices next to the stove. I have received many compliments on my new kitchen from friends and family. I highly recommend Dave Fox Design Build Remodelers.

We would highly recommend Dave Fox Remodeling to those looking to begin a renovation project with the best in the industry! Our family has used Dave Fox Remodeling for 5 home renovation projects over the course of the last 6 years and we wouldn’t use anyone else after the experiences we have had. They have completed a master bathroom, mudroom, addition, kitchen, and even worked with a structural engineer to remove a support beam. Every project has been executed on time and with meticulous attention to detail. We’ve been fortunate to have the same team for every project! Keith’s customer service and ability to communicate is fantastic and Michelle’s eye for design is amazing! The crew on site included Dennis, Andy, and Tim. They all were beyond professional and their craftsmanship and attention to detail created spaces that even the most OCD client was happy with ;) 5 stars!

Dave Fox has been a great company to work with. Keith provided us our initial consultation and has been patient with us throughout the process. Courtney, on their design team, captured exactly what my wife and I were looking forward - and we have some pretty unique tastes. Our project was relatively small in comparison to their portfolio, however, we were treated like first class clients the entire time. Highly recommended.

We are thrilled with the work that Dave Fox Remodeling performed on our home! From start to finish, they communicated with us about the project and what we could expect. All the workers were very professional and skilled at their craft, and it shows. Most importantly, all were very considerate of our home and our family. We began the planning process for a two story addition to our 1880s Delaware, OH brick four square home in the fall of 2021 with Tom as our design consultant. Our addition was about 1000sf, including a brand new kitchen, mudroom, pantry, basement, primary suite, home office, unfinished basement and exterior deck. Demo started in June 2022 and we just wrapped up our project in late spring 2023. Joanne was our amazing interior designer and brought lots of great ideas and practical advice to the project while incorporating our tastes and vision. Nick was our fantastic project manager and kept everything moving with clear, consistent communication. Throughout, the entire team was respectful of our house, our children (one arrived mid project!), and our need to live and work in our home during construction. While the renovation process can be long, stressful and filled with unexpected headaches and delays, the entire team at Dave Fox was incredibly supportive and helped us navigate all the choices and challenges along the way. Thanks especially to Bob, Braydon, Jared, Adam, Trevin, Devin, Bryant, Jim, Mark, Dave (and more!) and their great partners and subcontractors (Robbie, Jamie, Evan). We love our new home!

Terrific experience. Without hesitation or reservation I would recommend Dave Fox Remodelers. This was our first major remodel and the Dave Fox team provided a brilliant design, unparalleled engineering and a magnificent update to our home. The attention to detail and finish product was beyond our high expectations. The interior designer, architect, engineers and trades men were outstanding and we began to think of them as extended members of our family throughout the project. For any future remodel we will be exclusively using Dave Fox.

The workers are superb. Always punctual and professional. The workmanship and attention to detail is commendable. We've received many compliments on our kitchen and family room. Our project supervisor, Daryl C., is the consummate professional, always keeping us informed and explaining everything along the way. With the focus, patience and patience of Joseph and his coworker, the company's future is on solid ground. The projects taking longer than expected and a snafu with the kitchen sink were the only downsides. Overall, however we are very pleased.

I can not begin to express my love and appreciation for Dave Fox Builders. We have now had two projects completed and each went as smoothly as could be expected. The team is extremely well organized and communication is excellent. Their attention to detail and quality of work is above reproach. To our astonishment, they gave us timelines which they adhered to and both projects even finished on time. We recently employed Dave Fox to turn our sunroom into an office for my husband. We were really nervous because we'd never had any remodeling done before, but from start to finish it was a wonderful experience. Everyone who worked on this project was polite and professional. They took our ideas for the space and made it happen and we couldn't be happier with the results. Dave Fox was engaged to build out our garage condo. The project included construction of a mezzanine and bathroom. As usual, the team was creative, responsive, and first class. The end product was high quality, eye-catching, and extremely functional. We will definitely use Dave Fox on any future projects.

Dave fox put together a wonderful design team for us! They completely transformed our kitchen and were able to include everything that we wanted including a new entry door. The construction team was very skilled. The demolition was efficient and timely. The craftmanship was excellent and we love the final product. There were only a few minor delays. Our biggest hurdles were with the appliances. Faith, the interior decorator was amazing to worth with! She put together beautiful design ideas while letting us put together a timeless kitchen with our own style. This was important to us as we had limited time to research different materials, but we also wanted something beautiful and unique. She also helped us get a floor model refrigerator from a local appliance company almost immediately after being told we would wait several more months for what we ordered. We would definitely use Dave Fox again! Highly recommend!

We had an excellent experience with Dave Fox. It all began when our toilet leaked resulting in a mold issue. Our Design Consultant, Courtney, began our trust with Dave Fox. She helped us remediate the mold way before our job was slotted to begin. She was with us through the whole process setting expectations and going above and beyond what we expected.

Our Interior Designer, Joann, is very talented and we are thankful for her ideas and dedication. She helped us turn an unfortunate scenario into a beautiful new bathroom on the first floor as well as gym and wine and bourbon room in the basement. She has a a great eye and we LOVE how the space turned out.

I was nervous for construction to begin as we have three little kids and a dog heading into the summer with no school. Our Project Manager, Andy, and his team went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable amidst the construction. I couldn't believe the hard work and craftsmanship Devon and Jack did! The woodwork in our gym is beautiful! A+ to them, we're overly impressed. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Dave Fox.

We worked with Dave Fox to renovate several areas of our home at once. It was certainly an expensive undertaking but the team worked with us closely to rethink some weird layout issues, had great fitting and finish suggestions, and displayed great flexibility in helping us to overcome some minor speed bumps and even helped us get a feel for potential costs (with understanding that these were very preliminary estimates) up front. The work looks beautiful and the team did great at communicating frequently to make sure our expectations were met. You pay extra at a firm like this but what you get in return is quality of work and peace of mind. Several of our neighbors went with new companies to save money, which sounds appealing but they all ended with horror stories about never ending completion dates, cut corners on construction, missing contractors when they were supposed to be there, or threats of lawsuits. We didn’t experience any of that with Dave Fox.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Dave Fox Design-Build Remodelers on our basement finishing project, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! The design team, led by Courtney and Joe, worked closely with us to understand our vision and needs, blending style with functionality perfectly. They transformed our unfinished basement into a beautiful, multi-purpose space that includes a family lounge, bar area, gym, and special Wine and Whiskey area. Courtney, Joe and Joann were able to redesign the original bathroom to include a infrared sauna, which initially, was not possible. And a special thank you to Daniel who installed all the tile. Daniel was able to ensure symmetry throughout the different spaces. Each area flows seamlessly, and the materials they selected feel high-quality and durable, while looking fantastic.

The construction process was smooth and well-organized. The team kept us updated at every stage, whether Joe as the Project Manager or the artisans, Ann and Bryant, and managed the timeline impressively, especially given the scope of the work. They addressed any questions we had and made sure the job site was tidy and safe every day, which we greatly appreciated. Joann was happy to spend the time we required to guide us expertly though the selection of the finishing touches which resulted in a finished basement that is truly special.

The finished space has added tremendous value to our home, not just in terms of square footage, but in enhancing our day-to-day enjoyment. We now have an incredible space to entertain, relax, and spend quality family time.
