I had an electric furnace not working. The young man named Ollie arrived on time who through process of elimination troubleshooting the root cause of the problem was able to fix it within 30 minutes.
He was kind and explained to me everything he was doing. Other clients probably would give 5 stars but 4 is always my limit.

Aly was direct and kind. Very easy to work with, answered all my questions. He worked quickly and was considerate enough to offer to clean up the floors after instillation (lots of snow had been tracked in) - I told him not to worry about it but it was so nice for him to offer.
Very professional. Made a stressful situation relatively easy to resolve.

Paid this company in full to install a mini split in the fall when the time came for AC it was discovered that the drain lines were not installed properly causing leaks through drywall ceiling. They acknowledged the problem and said they would get to it when they can, or that I should repair myself. Someone did come out but only wrapped the line in tape that still leaks. They will not respond to my calls or texts and I now have to hire a different hvac contractor to repair.

George and his team responded to an emergency HVAC replacement over the winter at my home. He was able to order the new equipment and install quickly. He and his techs were friendly, personable, and efficient. It's always stressful trying to find a someone you can trust to treat you right. George and his team is the right choice.

These guys came out and did awesome work. Timely, professional and a good value compared to other quotes I got. Will definitely use them for all of my HVAC needs.

Our furnace was acting up right at the beginning of this last run of single digit temps and below zero windchills and George, over the span of an hour or so, at 8pm on a Friday night, walked me through some steps to try to get it up and running. I sent him a pic of the burners and he nailed the problem on the head from just the pic. Cracked heat exchanger and he recommended immediately replacing the unit. Quickly got me scheduled and had the work done in a timely manner. Really glad I contacted him. This was a stressful situation, but George made it as smooth as possible. Hopefully I don’t need anything else done for a long time, but if I do, Hess Heating & Cooling will definitely be getting my business and I’ll recommend them to anyone that needs HVAC work done. We had an emergency furnace issue while I was out of town. Hess Heating and Cooling came to the rescue, fixed the problem super quickly and charged us what I felt was a great price. My wife couldn't say enough about how nice and professional the guys were! 10/10.

Our 15 year old furnace finally went out and George and his team responded right away and diagnosed the problem. They gave me all the options, ordered the new parts and had me up and running within a day! At a very good price too. I was given The name of this company from a friend who works from a local high-end bathroom install as a reliable good company to use. I called them to do a smaller job for me .They set up an appointment and had somebody come out for an estimate and when he left he said it would be a couple of days until I got my estimate. Three weeks later, and three phone calls from me later, I still have not gotten an estimate. Every time I call there is some kind of run around, blame, excuse for why they haven’t given me an estimate. I get that it’s a small job, and if they don’t wanna do it, they should at least have the integrity to call me back instead of ghosting me. It’s incredibly rude and unprofessional. I will never use this company

I will NEVER EVER call any other HVAC company but Comfortworks. I had a furnace problem and called the company figuring it might take a day or two. Heck no...someone was here within 30 minutes of my call. The gentleman was very professional and knowledgeable. Don't expect service that quick...I've dealt with them before and they did show up the same day. I was IMPRESSED !!

Highly recommend. Just had a new Lennox heat pump installed. I had three companies come out to give me quotes and this company beat the others. The installer was great. A few days after the installation, I received a thank you card and a gift from the company for choosing to do business with them.

I had comfortworks come out to provide their $89 checkup service. The technician was nice and performed the service. He shared there were no issues and he cleaned/blew out the cords/pipes. Now I had no issues prior to the service but just thought I would have it checked. Now my furnace is making this ungodly loud noise/sound after their service. I called back to share this and was told a technician was on a call but would call me back for sure - it’s 28 hours later and NO one has called, sent a telegram, text, a message in a bottle - nothing. I call backed today and they had NO record of my call. WOW!!!

The furnace blower fan motor went out on our Ducane. Our tech, Jason, was amazing. He kept in contact with me about the part (which had to be ordered), called each time when he was on his way to the house and even showed up early to accommodate our work schedules. Jason was personable, professional and his work was outstanding. I highly recommend Comfortworks (and Jason) and will absolutely use them again should the need arise.
