Aly from Ak heating and air was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and very professional. He found the reason why my heating system was not working properly after taking a good look. He explained to me the reason and answered all my questions. I will definitely recommend Aly for your heating and cooling problems. Ak heating is a contractor and does not work for a home warranty company. The home warranty companies recruit them for their needs. If for some reason your home warranty doesn’t cover your issues it’s not Ak heating so that you know.

The technician was very nice and comfortable to have. The thing I liked the most was he explained every detail, anything he found. Time was not an issue. He stayed until he had checked out the entire furnace. Would I recommend him? Absolutely. You would not be disappointed.

When we moved into our house we had AK Services come and work on the furnace. Aly gave regular maintenance we were able to nurse the furnace along. Finally this year a costly piece needed to be replaced and Aly wisely recommended not putting that $ into a 28 years old machine but replacing it. I knew he was right but worried about the price tag after I’d done a quick google search (eek). I had no need to fear as Aly gave me an incredibly reasonable price and was able to install 2 days later. As with all the work Aly has ever done for us, he was fantastic - professional and thorough, and he took time to explain everything to me. Thank goodness I don’t have to ever search for a HVAC company again. AK Heating and Air Conditioning are the best!
