I would like to say that firefly heating and cooling were excellent in their service and treated me with phenomenal customer service.With prior knowledge in hvac repair they surprised with me with seemingly fixing the issue with no problems and helped me and my family have working air conditioning in the summer heat. Overall 10/10 service and would recommend them to everyone!

I had a GREAT experience with Firefly. My first company canceled and Firefly came out the next day (on a Saturday) on time. He was able to locate the issue, order the part (new blower) and get it fixed by Monday. What I valued the most is that he fixed the problem in an old unit and didn’t try to sell me a new $14k unit like most of the AC companies do! I would highly recommend. Very knowledgeable and honest.

I was told by Bryan in April that my Geo Thermal HVAC needs to be replaced and could not be repaired after I already spent almost $3750 to repair by same company last year in July.
I was suppose to receive estimate for new unit from them and did not receive until now.Meantime I looked for another HVAC service company who came and repaired my unit at extremely reasonable costs and is working fine now and did not have to spend thousands of dollars to replace my unit.Not a great customer service at all as I did not receive correct information about the issues I had with my existing unit.The tech who came to look at the unit had no clue as to what he was doing and what issues to look for?
