We had such a great experience with Yoni! He was very knowledgeable explained everything and did a very thorough job cleaning out our ducts and vents. We will definitely be calling you guys again. I was most impressed that he was able to push my daughter's bed back against the wall without waking her. She's 2.That takes some talent. She never naps! I think the noise from the vacuum lulled her to sleep.

Didn't even let me finish my sentence before hanging up.

Appt was easy to schedule. They came when they said they would. Easy company to work with.

Vinny was the best. Fast snd efficient. Our home dryer was struggling because of a dirty duct and now runs like new.

The workers Ben and George were courteous and did excellent work on cleaning the ductwork and cleaning the carpets. They cleaned up afterwards and provided before and after pictures of the ductwork.

Reese and Kevin did a fantastic job cleaning my vents. They described the process, what to expect and delivered a great result.

Great work going above and beyond. There was a hiccup with equipment during our scheduled cleaning, and instead of making excuses, crew leader Tim took charge and rescheduled with exactly the tools he needed. Within days of the original appointment, he arrived and worked into the evening to ensure that the cleaning was thorough, careful, and complete. I highly recommend this team and their attention to customer satisfaction. Thanks for a job well done.

We thought the service was overpriced. They were only here 30 minutes and charged $266.00 to clean out our dryer exhaust ductwork. Also, when we called in to make the appointment we told them we had an exhaust fan booster and it was agreed that it would also be cleaned. However, the technicians were not prepared for this task and it was left for me to do.

Got us scheduled in a timely manner, was on time, communication went well, knew what to expect and no surprises. Very happy with the service from the office and the technician

I was able to get a quote immediately over the phone, pricing was upfront, and communication was above and beyond. On the day of service the techs were on time, courteous, and professional. Greg and his partner (sorry I don't remember partner's name!) did a fantastic job! I was shown before and after photos and could not be happier with the transparency of their work. I have overhead vents. This led to some confusion b/c I had specifically asked the company if they had drop cloths to catch anything that fell out and via text message he replied that everything was vacuumed directly into the truck so there would be no debris to clean up. Then, when the guys actually doing the job got here, one asked me if I had a sheet of plastic to cover the bed under the intake vent to catch anything that fell out. (There wasn't enough room to move the bed out of the way.) I told him that I was specifically told I didn't need anything like that and even showed him the text message. Apparently, this wasn't the first time customers have been given misinformation based on assumptions. He said their supervisor was assuming the vents were on the floor. (Consider answers from the company beforehand to be no more helpful than a reiteration of a FAQ page or a sales brochure.) Fortunately, they did have a thin plastic sheet to use to cover the bed.

SO, if you use these guys and you have any overhead vents, BE SURE to tell them that and insist that they bring a drop cloth!! You might also want to borrow a drop cloth from a friend or neighbor for the day, if they have one, just in case.

I liked the guys who actually did the work. I asked a lot of questions and they didn't seem to mind answering them & showing me things. LOL They showed me before and after photos of the interiors of the intake vent and the furnace vent but they said they weren't allowed to send them to anyone except the person who ordered the job. However, I asked said person (I rent) to send me the photos and she said she never got them.

So while I'm satisfied with the work, there did seem to be some miscommunication or outright lack of communication between the people doing the job and their supervisor. So I'll give them 4 stars, not 5.

I'm attaching 2 pics *I* took of the crud that fell out of the intake vent when they were cleaning the duct. So much for everything being sucked directly into the truck.

The process went smoothly as they cleaned each vent. Very professional attitude and service. Hope for better ventalation and less of a dusty home.
