I highly recommend going with another company. They tried to charge my partner almost $1000 for an inspection, cleaning, and a small repair. I'm glad she had the awareness to catch the scam and declined because we had another company come out and tell us no cleaning and repair was necessary. Still got charged $100 by A1 😡

Eli was helpful, friendly and professional. He was thorough and completed the inspection very quickly. I mentioned that we might put in a gas fireplace and he spend time explaining the specifics of going to a gas fireplace. I will use A1 to put it in when we do switch.

There was constant smoke coming out from the sides of the fireplace. Eli came by, noticed a gap in the flue seal, and fixed it perfectly. He also brushed out years of buildup and left everything tidy. He took time to explain each part super respectful and professional.

Alex and Paul showed up on time, inspected the liner, and discovered a small blockage. They cleared it carefully, resealed everything, and left a maintenance checklist for the season. Very professional, tidy, and explained all the details so I understood what was done. Really glad I hired them.

Chris came by after I noticed smoke drifting into the room. He found a tiny gap near the liner, sealed it, and showed me photos of the repair. He spent time answering my questions and offered tips to keep things dry next season. Very relax and happy with the result.

Dorel provided excellent service. He communicated clearly. Had excellent before and after pictures. Walked me through each step to help me see what we needed and what we should do in the future. Very easy to work with and professional

David came and spoke with my husband first and told him of our experience with another chimney service 2 weeks prior. Not a good experience with their team. David was so kind took pics to show us his work and what needed to be done. He is a super young man. Answered all are questions and made suggestions what the chimney needs done next.
