I have used them twice now. Professional beginning to end. Decently priced. Both young men were very nice & professional this visit. Last year, Greg was very professional but his other partner did not say much & was a bit stand offish. Greg said we had some holes in our duct work last year so he patched the holes. This time they recommended to replace our duct work because of our mold issue that appeared when we were on vacation when we had a record heat wave & our system couldn’t keep up. They cleaned & sprayed a mold killer chemical in the ductwork. What my husband was not happy about is the next day after they came, he replaced the duct work as they recommended & found dead mice in two of the ducts they said they cleaned. There were holes in the duct work again that was not mentioned when they went in the crawl space. Some duct work wasn’t even attached to the vents so we were apparently cooling our crawl space, not knowing it. I assumed they would’ve told us this if they inspected the duct work better. I was going to give a five star review until we got in our crawl space ourselves & seen all of these issues they didn’t mention. We feel as our hard worked money went to waste.

The guys from Clean Extreme did a wonderful job cleaning my ductwork. They fit me in the schedule within 4 business days. I told him the square footage of my house I got a quote right then, over the phone. They were personable and explained everything. Before and after pics were great. I would recommend!

The men that came to do the cleaning were friendly and professional. They explained everything they would be doing and took the time afterwards to answer any questions. I also really like that they are a local, family owned business and their prices are very competitive with other quotes I got.

Tim and his partner were very polite and clearly explained the process of cleaning our ducts and dryer vent. They were very careful not to damage any areas surrounding the work space and made sure everything was clean when they finished. During the cleaning process we could hear items being sucked up and out. Tim showed me before and after photos. It was clear the ducts had never been cleaned before and had collected 40 plus years of dirt. I highly recomend Clean Extreme for duct cleaning. the cost was very reasonable.
