After 2 days of no heat and our new furnace company unable to fix the situation, Blackburns was able to send someone out same day and take care of the situation for us ASAP! They provided pictures of everything they found to help with decisions and no pressure either way. I appreciated their thoughtful crew that even FaceTimed with me from the roof to confirm I was okay with the size of the cap they installed. I had them out when we purchased the house for an inspection and will continue to use them for all chimney services in the future.

Ralph showed up right on time for my appointment (super nice guy btw), performed the cleaning and inspection, made zero mess, and provided me a detailed report immediately after. The inspection was thorough, with photos and estimates for any future work we may want. Everything was explained and written quotes for potential future work.
