Really impress with Aly's punctuality, professionalism, knowledge, and pricing. He didn't rush, checked everything to diagnose the problem, and fixed what needed to be fixed. My AC runs better than it ever did before. Highly recommend them. Will definitely call them again if needed.

Aly helped bring our furnace back online in a timely manner on the weekend. Not only did he show professionalism, but he was also transparent and trustworthy, explaining every step of the process so we can learn more about how our system operates optimally.

AK Heating and AC services from Columbus saved the day for us with our furnace! Aly was our service technician he was prompt and very knowledgeable! He explained the parts he replaced and there purpose- a capacitor and circuit board! So big shout out to Aly, having good people makes all the difference for a reputable successful company!

6/11/24 -2 day follow up: I would suggest either showing your customer the newly installed equipment and/or the before after pictures. Upon completion of the job, I was expecting to see the removed part that had originally caused my furnace/thermostat cooling system issues. As a woman- I would appreciate having confirmation of the actual work that was said to been done.

This company is great! Kērā(banana)recently came out to perform our annual heater maintenance check and did a fantastic job. He was on time, extremely respectful and made sure everything was up to date and running smoothly. He explained the various steps of heating systems. Highly recommend them.

Ak Sevice was phenomenal. The technician was professional stay until my AC unit was working properly. I will used them if l ever have trouble with my heating or ac unit .
