Hetter Heating (part of Comfort works) came out to service our furnace. We had some construction in our house that ended with our pilot light out and pretty dirty. Ryan, the technician, was great. My young adult, who had tried to light our pilot light after it had gone out -He didn't think it looked right, hence the service call. Kevin let him look over his shoulder and gave him great guidance on lighting & maintenance. He feels much more confident dealing with the furnace. Thanks so much! We usually do the year round service for our furnace and AC to make sure each one is ready for the season. We had missed getting it scheduled last year but I like having that yearly service every spring and fall.

I would never recommend this company due to the unprofessionalism of the owner. My landlord called this company in response to my service request and the technician did a fantastic job. However, the owner called me on my personal cell-phone immediately afterwards and verbally accosted me. He said that I had confused a technical claim with a maintenance call and proceeded to scream at me, calling me an "arrogant, selfish, little......person!" He continued to scream and call me names, despite admitting that no-matter what the situation, he would have sent a technician to fix the issue. On a positive note, the technician secured the AC unit back into the window with a drill, foam, and aluminum tape and stopped the hot air from blowing in from the duct.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. The company installed a furnace for my grandmother and then the HVAC was messed up. They came once to repair and it still was not repaired. The HVAC unit is now leaking in the basement and I have followed up several times and no response to text or voicemails. Filing a complaint with BBB as this has been going on several weeks with no response!!!!!!! Very hot and no AC in the home due to their leak of repair.

Another excellent job by Marty! Always makes sure he gets the job done right for a reasonable cost. When he leaves the job he leaves the work area in excellent condition which frankly is quite rare anymore. He takes pride in his work and is very knowledgeable. If I need any heating, cooling, or water heater needs, my first call.always!

Marty was fantastic—honest, knowledgeable, professional, and very reasonable with pricing. Another bigger company told me I needed a full system replacement for $14,000 or repairs ranging from $2,500 (best case) to $4,700 (worst case), with no cheaper options. Marty came out, carefully checked everything, and recommended using a leak sealant instead—exactly what I was hoping for. The total cost was less than a third of the $2,500 estimate from the 1st bigger company, and the AC is working great now. On top of that, he charged $100 less per pound for Freon compared to the first company. I highly recommend Marty if you want honest advice and quality service without the upsell!
