I have had a York AC for 21 years. It’s just now starting to wear out. That’s pretty dang good!!

Our YORK 5 ton 2000 cfm HVAC was installed according to the manual and is running with a 1.o total static pressure problem. We've blown through 2 motors in 7 months and they are ignoring the fact that the install instructions are INCORRECT . This unit cannot operate to spec with half the filter space it says it allows but is required for a 5 ton unit.

No experience with this company as far as their service goes. However, a driver of theirs gave us an extremely aggressive look and middle finger to our ambulance while cruising down I-670 near Leonard for no apparent reason. Wildly unprofessional.

My furnace motor went out from power surge from recent Dublin power outage. Mike Toops responded quickly on weekend and came out on a Sunday morning. He was kind, efficient, most reasonable, and careful of surroundings. By Monday noon I had a new motor installed. Often we don’t know what we are getting when we have an emergency and have to call someone, anyone. Am so glad I got it right the first time. Toops is 5 star all the way!
